Whats the fastest way to raise your approval rating on the miscellenia island? i've done royal trouble, and want to get it to 100% approval, thanks :)

I'm wondering that too, because I don't have any access to any equipment, and I'm planning on taking working out without equipment seriously. Also if I'm 13 years old and weigh 85-90 pounds about how many pushups/crunches should I do a day? My friend said 500 crunches/100 pushup a day, not sure if hes right.

Anti-Virus programs do not eliminate spyware. They kill viruses and trojans. You need to have both Anti-virus software and run Ad-Aware once in a while. I run it daily when I boot up. Cookies are usually harmless. I believe tip.it probably uses them to store your password so you don't have to log in every time you want to browse the forums. Don't delete the cookies but every thing else Ad_Aware tells you to. Ok thanks for the help!

This is the first time I've used Ad-Aware, but otherwise I do a full system scan with Norton Anti-Virus about every 6-7 days. Today Norton wasn't responding so I used Ad-Aware (which I'm going to keep using, scans don't make me lag as much as Norton :P ) I deleted all the Critical Objects, but any advice on what I do with the Cookies? EDIT: what ARE cookies? :oops:

Ok, just stopped the scan because it didn't find anything else in 10+ minutes. Here's what it shows: You were right, it was all cookies :lol: the Malware is adware right? and I should delete it all I'm guessing (except cookies)

Still... even if say, 1650 of them are those things, thats still 50 high risk things :-X

My Norton Anti-Virus was acting weird, and wouldn't let me do any virus scans/update my virus definitions, so I got Ad-Aware 2007 off download.com to do a scan, and I found this: That seriously, can't be good AT ALL. I have no idea how this happened, the only things I've downloaded recently is an album OFF ITUNES and Ad-Aware just a few minutes ago :shock: :ohnoes: :ohnoes: :ohnoes: HELP?

Heh, I bought Graduation and my friend bought CURTIS, then I burned him a CD with Graduation on it and he burned me a CD with CURTIS on it :P I've listened to most of the songs on both albums a bunch of times already, and I have to say the only songs I like on CURTIS are Still Will Kill, Amusement Park (Although, sounds too much like Candy Shop), I Get Money, and Straight to the Bank. The best songs of Graduation are Bittersweet Poetry, Can't Tell Me Nothing, Champion, Drunk and Hot Girls, The Glory, Good Morning, Homecoming, Stronger, and I can't decide whether I Wonder is a good song :lol:

At my school, and at my high school (I'm in middle school) we don't have to shower after gym. I also don't do football so I don't shower then, and at pools I'm already wearing my swimming trunks so I just shower in them, too time consuming and awkward to take them off.

Play with the sound off if you don't like it. I do remember Jagex said they do update the sounds frequently without telling us, and I know they have a whole team dedicated to the sound/music. It's like the graphics, they slowly update them until its the best it can be for a Java game.

Turn private chat to "Split" to avoid not seeing private messages in a crowded world. :D
