Well you do make a valid point there. So your suggestion is that ISP's should charge an internet connection in the same way they charge for example water and electricity? That does have some advantages, but it has disadvantages too, since some people could find themselves paying a lot of money for browsing the internet. What a solution to that would be is for example a price cap, let's say 20-50$. The grandmother would end up paying around 20$ and the family would pay about 50$, since they are the two extremes. A family which uses less (let's say 10GB) would pay around 30$, and so on. But an interesting point you made there, something I wouldn't have thought of myself actually.

Were you tortured by Russian intellegence agents? About the anesthetic which went wrong, there are multiple stories of people having surgery without being properly anesthized (is that a word?). Anyway, these people could feel their stomachs being cut open and such and usually had post traumatic stress disorder. News story related to this.

Can I add something to the part for the guards? At the Port Sarim Jailhouse, when you go upstairs, there's a room with about 5 guards. And since no one passes here you can trap a guard without having to worry that someone'll attack it.

I know that the US isn't forcing the world to switch or whatever, but from what I'm hearing from the Englishmen here, they're doing a switch there. I never said to remove every single imperial measurement and replace it with metric, it has to be done gradually, but metric =/= to a new language. You don't need to learn a lot of grammar, a bunch of vocabulary and whatnot to be able to use it. 1m = 10dm = 100cm = 1000mm, is it that hard?

Because it's just [developmentally delayed]ed that one country has to use imperial like that, while the rest is using metric?
