Wow, good luck! Took me 4 months to get 85 Slayer from level 1. But I've got a busy life. :D

I'd enjoy seeing you try. The rewards are monster drops and you can get more valuable drops from other non-slayer monsters. True. But I was referring to Slayer as one of the most profitable SKILL. :P

The magus, I was generalizing the fact that whatever Slayer level the new monster will be, those who went on after the level 85, WILL be rewarded. Meh, I could argue Slayer is one of the most profitable skills in Runescape.

I leave out Aberrant specters, Black Dragons/Demons, sometimes Metal dragons. I also drop low level tasks such as Basilisks and junk like that. But I'm 70% of the time at Abyssals so I don't really have a choice. :P

Just like Axe man jack implied, it is really worthless to spend your time killing Abyssals without getting Slayer xp. I use Lunar magics and I get Abyssal Demon tasks 70% of the time. So why not just do Slayer and be at Abyssals at the same time? As for myself, I don't really care about whip drops any longer. I had 16 slayer tasks, with 0 whip loots. I just go there for xp. Whip drop is like a bonus for me. :roll: But yeah, Slayer is by far the best skill in RuneScape in my opinion and the hard work to 92+ Slayer WILL be payed off by Jagex, I'm sure of that.

I do. World 92 is where I got 3 whips in one trip to Abyssal Demons. :D

Let's see... Abyssal demon - (rough estimate) ALWAYS basic rune armor, trimmed skirt once. Iron Dragons - ALWAYS basic rune. Gargoyles - These are good for clues. I got robin and a bunch of other "god" rune stuff.

Santa hat. Back in the day when the door at Bloodvelds/Aberrants wasn't automatically closing after you opened it, guy was afk at bloodvelds, Aberrant came in and killed him. Free santa for me. \

It's a game. Just like any other RPG, it's not very realistic. Yet, this what makes this game addicting is the things we don't see in regular RPGs.

Alched my whip while in Fight pits. Was alching and my friend attacked me, so I forgot I was alching at wanted to equip whip. So I alched it. :wall:
