Personally I'm against it. Doesn't really lead to anything but more spam imo. Custom ranks can't be bought, else they wouldn't really be special anymore. If you want a signature or something, you can request them for free in the Art Bazaar. There is the post count, and this would just lead to more spam so people can get some points. Mods have something else to do then giving people points. And then they'll get bothered all the time aswell to give the points to someone. And there will be rants and jealousy: Why did he get points and I didn't? As for 'Attacking eachother': This is a forum, not a game. If you want to attack people, you can play ArenaScape which can be found on the main page of Tip.It.

This has been suggested before but was decided against (can't find the link).

The deadline is within three days, not the results ;) That will take some more days. If two people have similar ranks, we won't send them a notice. If one is allowed to change for any reason, everyone is allowed. Don't worry though. Identicals almost never happen, certainly in cases like these. i would be surprised if there were 2 who are almost the same (unless someone cheated).

For some strange reason, it isn't possible to have double hide-tags. No solution has been found yet.

They won't. Yes, you need to come up with 5-6 ranks who are based on your postcount for this contest. Winning ranks will be unused. And no more allowed then 5-6. We need to have a limit somewhere. Top-3 will be posted, yes.

Why they are currently in between? Simple answer: It's custom. And again, it's only 60 seconds...

I don't even know if it is possible to have seperate lists. Perhaps, but not by custom I believe. And every now and then there is a pm-spammer who sends fake/infecting messages. If it's been dealt within 30 minutes, then he only sent 30 messages. If there is no limit, he can send 100+ messages. Big difference. And between a post and pm. If there isn't a minute in between... Geez, one minute isn't long.

The 60-second rule is there to stop spamming and deal with spammers. 60 seconds isn't long. You cane easely wait that long. Writing a (decent) message takes around a minute or something.

To the change of the rank. I believe this is about the reward. This will only be a one-time deal. So if you're in the top-3, you'll have to change carefully, since you can't change it to something else later. To the multiple entries: Only one entry per person and no editting. The one you send us first is your final one.

You can make up your own post limits. There are no set ones. Just use what ever number you'd like.
