Make the bottom right sides darker, or the top left sides lighter. Just needs to have more value contrast to show greater differences between light and dark sides as it's all pretty much the same gray right now.

Looks good so far. The shoulder pad things look a bit loose, maybe attach them more to the sleeves rather than just staying atop the shoulders. Why the rune on the legs?

The emote fakes are boring to see. It'd be nice to see some real inovative fakes, like new NPC's, items, places or something more than just editing emotes and current NPC's. Otherwise, looks pretty alright for fake.

Very cool animations. Maybe try a fight between two characters? Pretty interesting challenge since you seem to have down the 1 person animations well.

Can't remember. I think it was the first time I tried PKing. I had worked a few weeks to get full addy and rune long. Went into level 4 wildy, got 3 hit by a pure and bye bye full addy.

Well it shows that some low levels work a lot harder to earn things than higher lazier levels who don't look so impressive. Seems better, lazy people can't get away with having a high status just because of their level.

Shading is good, but put ripples on the edges, so even if it was a black silhouette, you could tell it's folded due to the edges of the hat being wrinly rather than straight.

Lighten up the lower lip so it isn't nonexistant like there. Otherwise, looks good.

All you showed was the final shaded product, maybe show him a couple steps on how to get there, would seem kinda hard to figure out how to get from 0 all the way to that. Great pic nonetheless. To shade, just start simple. Try 3 shades, one light, one dark, and one middle. Work with these three shades with some conformity (like all light shades on one side), pick a light source and think where places should be darker. Break it up into parts - work on the legs only, then arms, then body, then head, or so on.
