  1. Alright, I get it. It gets rid of the effort made by people who play the game for real instead of macroing. If macroing were allowed, most (my opinion) people would do that, and the economy would crash. Then there would be no point to playing runescape because everyone would have tons of runes, food, etc. (except the very few honorable ones). Way to go, guys. You just convinced me that macros are bad. I was thinking a little too small. If only one or two people do it, who cares? But it's the whole community you have to think about. Now there's food for thought. :?
  2. Oh, I see. And then they get a ton of free money and they haven't been sitting at the computer all day. I still think I'm right, but I see your point with the multiple account thing. There's always a way to beat a system. Too bad.
  3. I am unsure why everyone is so against macros. Think about it: their only purpose is to repeatedly do the same thing over and over again, like mining rune essence. It doesn't give the macroer more items for the same time. It simply allows the macroer to do something else while the game runs normally. It's kind of like being in two places at once. I don't use macros, because I respect the rules that Jagex lays down, but when I mine rune essence, for example, I open a new internet page and read other posts on the tip it forums. This is because I can't leave the computer, but there's really nothing else to do while I wait for my inventory to fill. Correct me if I'm wrong; any comments, disagreements, and other responses appreciated. (Disagreements less so, haha.)
  4. Silverlight is so ugly-looking. It doesn't even look sharp, for pity's sake!
