Yeah, break yourself in nice and easy. Maybe twice a week for a couple of weeks and gradually increase to four times per week within say two months. I used to go quite frequently and my favourite exercises were the rowing maching, ropes and weights.

I still see a lot of people using them... has the rule been changed yet again? I was under the impression that they were no longer allowed since they repeatedly query data on the RS servers? That's why I removed mine. Not exactly difficult for Jagex to figure out who is breaking the rules... they just need to query the name being requested each time. No one worried they'll get black marks/banned for still using sigs?

Yeah, like many others... I've not gotten around to completing the Mourning Ends quests (mainly coz I don't know how to get the mourning suit) lol

I get a lot of genies when cooking and slaying. Also, I rarely get the gravedigger, but the times I've had him, I've been burying bones or praying with bones on my altar.

I started back in Classic about 5-6 years ago. I wasn't really into the game that much then, but still remember a few details. No banks, no visible rock ores, manual item noting, duelling etc... the game has come on so much. :)

A better chat facility is number one on my wishlist of updates. I can't believe they're taking so long about it... One of the things that makes RS such a big success is its community appeal. Jagex really have to cease upon this and make the development of a proper chat engine their number one priority.

There's two skills I can't stand... agility and runecrafting. They're both boring as you have no choice but to pay attention and involve constant clicking.... I avoid them for this reason.
