You have to talk to the chamber guardian and receive a staff before being able to cast Charge (having a staff was useless in my case, since I already had Void Mace .. it won't be bad to add this information in the Mage Arena guide).

Since saying it 3-4 times is not enough ... I HAVE ALREADY LEARNED THE CLAWS OF GUTHIX. (Anyways I'll send a bug report I guess =/ ... tnx for the understanding (actually only 2 of you understood me) )

Let me try it another way ... How can I learn the Charge spell =/ (note: I have already learned the claws) (already on my 200th cast and I have more than 50% success rate ... still the Charge is not available)

It seems that I'm too dumb, I can use Claws of Guthix and Charge is not a striking spell so it can't splash ... I have to HIT 100 times with claws in order to use charge ? (I repeat - I can use claws outside of the arena atm)

... Let me rephrase it I CAN'T USE IT (I thought it was obvious from the "This spell can only be learnt in the Mage Arena." part)

I seem to have a problem with the Charge spell. I casted 100 times Claws of Guthix and now I can use it outside of the arena. The problem is that I can't use Charge. The in-game chat says "This spell can only be learnt in the Mage Arena." EVEN when I am IN the arena. Any ideas ?

Is the max damage fixed or Focus sight (and similar equipment) can increase the max damage ?

The earth and water are basically the same, the fire needs a little more ... edge to it.

I'd go for black boots ~700 gp, decent def but they give no str =/ (or white boots 900 gp 1 prayer bonus) (I think I'm the only not-a-str-fan)

Theres definitely a bending inspiration there, and I think it looks very nice I am loving them ... I am using magic on my Black Demons and Metal Dragon tasks just to look at the magics (switching between them, for now the earth one is my fav)

Is it me or the new elemental magic animations look like the attack styles from Avatar: The Last Airbender (With the exception of Air, but considering that Air and Water attacks had similar patterns in the Avatar ..)

Now when I think about it few more inflations and alching is pretty much going to die ...

Okay... I have been a real life ranger (we call it archer actually, but whatever) for several years. And holding the bow with your left hand means you are RIGHT HANDED. I beg to differ. I am mostly left handed (tho I tend to hold a knife and tennis racket with my right hand, but everything else is lefty) and I find it easier to hold the bow with my left hand.

You realize .. they wouldn't make the page http://www.runescape.com/kbase/guid/melee_castle_wars_items if there wasn't going to be any ranged/mage equipment .. they would just make it castle_wars_items ..

It won't be a guy, it will be a merchant clan ;) I refuse to believe that more than one man did this .. you'd need few insane people to form a clan .. and the insanity scale on this one is big .. they are trying to make it junk ?
