So edit it, that IS the point of a wiki. If you want to edit something without testing it out yourself - be my guest.

They use some strange logic like this one: if soccer, basketball, volleyball, handball, baseball, football, tennis are sports and chess is nothing like them ... well chess is not a sport. (you can substitute chess with swimming, racing or anything that doesn't use a ball for the example). And since the chess is not a sport in their opinion they get kind of annoyed since everyone is saying that the chess is in fact a sport.

Consider that as a east European philosophy. If you act dumb in the middle of a conversation, the 2nd side tries to prove themselves to be better than you (strange, but it works). It usually happens with becoming more polite, giving better arguments .. this sort of stuff. We "received" the more polite part ... Should we wait for the good arguments for .. 2-3 days ? (because "It's out 11 days ago and it still doesn't integrate at all!" might be a good counter-argument for them, but it doesn't please my troll inner voices =/) (and yes I know I'm ignored, but do I have to care about it o.O (tried to PM it, obv. didn't work rofl). NB: And since practice > theory, try to flame someone in the middle of a conversation, grab some pop-corn, sit and watch the action. At least in works for me. (you'd be amazed how fast they start to point out the obv.)

The pattern of your logic is something similiar to "I think/say it's like that [put a random irrelevant fact in here] so it is/should be true. If your opinion is the opposite so it is false" (actually like most of the comments in here (including mine)). I view that as random illogical bashing. The only good argument about Dung not being a skill was Qeltar's "It doesn't interact with the rest of RS outside of the dungeons", but considering Construction doesn't interact as well (in that big of degree) the argument is not good enough. Your logical arguments were just "I don't like it, nyeh". (Btw if you can, change your username to Me Hate Everything). Have a nice day ... old lady (if I am acting like a kid, and you (most likely) act as something older ... don't take it as a personal insult .. IF you think of your self as a more mature person than me .. well you should just ignore my posts .. too late already ? just saying). Btw considering that I lack at having any interest in linguistics and good feelings towards the human beings your degree in any language not just English and the contribution to society do not make you less of a air waster in my view.

So the battle axes are 5 speed in Dungeoneering not 4 ?

Flaming ... I was just stating a fact o.O AFAISaw her arguments were about disliking certain aspects of the skills, in other words random bashing IMPOV (yes, I am too lazy to write the whole words). If she made more logical posts at least she wouldn't waste the air molecules (I am holding my breath ATM ... wasting them less you know).

12-Apr-2010 - Dungeoneering Skill!
How long is going to take before you realize that you are a failure in other words a waste of perfectly good air molecules ? Now srsly - if you don't like it ... or let's say 1 to 5% of the players .. made up facts ftw anyways lets continue ... so if you don't like it but 95% of the players do like it and believe me they will continue to like it .. well this means that Dung is no failure what'so'evah

Then you better pray that Jagex still has some common sense left. Slayer was pushing it, Dungeoneering is pushing it right to the edge. For all you know Warcrafting might be next. Sounds kind'a like MA ...

12-Apr-2010 - Dungeoneering Skill!
Is it me or the only definition for skill is: A ) Jagex says it is B ) (the better one) it has exp. points. If it has exp and levels - it is a skill. If they add exp and levels to SC it will count as skill obv. Since it doesn't have them - it's not a skill.

The F2P General Discussion Thread
Combining 2 weapons IS the better option, but I prefer to bind an armor as my 2nd item .. and the spear can take almost any monster down :D
-
The F2P General Discussion Thread
I beg to differ. It has the best stab bonus, 4th crush bonus (not far behind the warhammer) and fairly good slash bonus. IMHO it is the most accurate weapon there is. Combine the 3 styled attacks with 5 attack speed and killer str bonus ...

I think you're doing it wrong (I just had to say it)

12-Apr-2010 - Dungeoneering Skill!
And here comes the question. Which is the better option at level 50 a ) To bind a melee weapon + the best platebody you can get. b ) To bind a melee weapon + alternative class weapon.

I supose the above question was aimed for the people with 95 magic =/ ? (for the rest of us - because we can't lol)

rs-my downfall
Too Long; Didn't read - the ultimate excuse for [developmentally delayed users] to comment without knowing what is going on and trying to act cool ? (Am I close or do I have to try more to find the tl;dr definition ?)

I said 10k, but I think I have to mention that this "10k" was an approximate example of the exp. you get duoing at level 50 not 57+, I am pretty sure that at 57+ is ... well ... more.
-
12-Apr-2010 - Dungeoneering Skill!
I go with the spear ... Hell of a good stab and crush attack bonus, decent slash, good speed and hell of a good str bonus. (and you can poison it too .. not that it helps a lot) Really? I've been told duo-ing is the fastest way to train, but when I play with my teams, 3:3 medium takes a little under an hour and usually yields 11K-14K. A 5:5 large takes a little over an hour, the one time we managed to get a large enough team, we earned 19K. I've been playing this way since it's more fun and challenging, and thinking the whole time that the rate is lower than for playing 2:1 Small. I ment that soloing gives me ~5k exp per hour the 10k for duo-ers was ... just a guess (a close one :D ?)
-
12-Apr-2010 - Dungeoneering Skill!
well at level 50 I get like 5-6k/h (2 dungeons ~2.5k per dungeon) I think the duo-ers get like 10k per hour, but I can't find someone I know to duo with (may be 'cuz I don't know anyone rl who plays :D but it might be another reason)

You know I just noticed you worship the flying spaghetti monster, I thought that died years ago. It's hard for a religion to .. just die. Look at christianity =/

Why does Jagex get new skills so wrong?
I think by fun he meant less grindy. It's runescape - every aspect (ok 99%) of runescape is ... about grinding. I can't instantly think of a skill that doesn't need a good share of grind to level it up.
-
12-Apr-2010 - Dungeoneering Skill!
Bonecrusher would be a nice addition when your training at zombie monkeys, armored zombies, bandits ... anything similiar. Not a great prayer exp boost, but I guess if you start earlier it would add up in time. (if you start at 70/70/70 at armored zombies, you'll get 488k until you hit 99/99/99)

Why does Jagex get new skills so wrong?
206750 exp from 80 to 81, considering that people can make ... 20k/h+ at higher levels I'd say 10 hours ... (depending on how much you play per day you could say "It'l prob take a day to get one level")
