  1. Hi there all, How do I obtain cockatrice eggs for use in summoning potions? Thank you in advance!
  2. You can sell it for a tidy profit right now. They are not that great as far as making potions go though. I suggest selling it now while people will pay a large amount of gold or use them to increase your farming and herblore. Last evening they were on sale in the GE for 15k. The summoning potions are nearly worthless though from the prices I've seen.
  3. It's just another herb to train your farming and herblore on for me. I recall checking the grand exchange last evening and they were selling the seeds for 15k plus. I suppose you could sell them if you were hard up for cash. I recommend fighting moss giants to obtain these cyan coloured seeds.
  4. Fire runecrafting is by far the fastest route I have experienced.
  5. 175 pixels high by 420 pixels wide. Click the "save as" option in your right click menu on the image and save it to where you will. As with any online file, make sure you scan this with a virus scanner before downloading to your PC.
  6. You'll need to grow them then or buy them from players. It may seem like a long time to wait, but imo these are much easier to collect them making or buying butter for the tatters!
  7. When people ask questions like this they want a sure thing. They don't want to lose cash, but unfortunately in any sort of risky venture there is no sure thing. I do not spend my time merchanting, but I do take up good deals if I happen to see them in banks when I'm in there. If you see someone selling logs or ores for a few hundred less then people normally buy them for, then get them- even if you do not sell them right away. It's not about getting discounts on rune medium helms in the thousands and selling them right away to make millions, it is about carefully buying and selling when you see the oppurtunity.
  8. Thank you, I did not even think about wearing things to help cut my running time. I'll do the quest to get the boots of lightness and perhaps buy a spottier cape to make sure I am light. :)
  9. Hi all. I'm trying to level up some of my lesser used skills, one of which is Runecrafting. My level is currently 31. I've done some research and thought I would use this method to gain levels fast: Fire Runes Using a ring of dueling to teleport to the Castle Wars chest. Bank the created fire runes, withdraw essence, and use the ring of dueling to teleport back to the Duel Arena. Any thoughts on this? Is there some other way for me to gain experience in a rapid way? Thank you in advance for any advice, Thespis9
  10. In f2p there are not many large concentrations of silver, however you can still mine alot if you keep at it. I used the scorpian mine for some time when I was leveling my mining. That has five silver rocks to pick at. There will be alot of other miners going after them as well keep in mind. Also there are scorpians to worry about if you are a lower lever. However, you can always find a world were people are killing them so you do not need to worry about your safety too much and can keep mining.
  11. He does sell items, but he also gives back certain items from past events or experiences that you might have lost. I would check this out further before you began dropping things you might need later on.
  12. Making a gold ammy is not the best crafting experience if you ask me. However, if you do not have any gems or any other means of gaining experience in the skill, go for it.
  13. Stick to willows. They are fast enough, and you'll cut them faster as you gain more experience.
  14. There are plenty of willow trees around the Seers' Village and Catherby. I use the three just to the east of the "general store" in Catherby, located on the docks.
  15. Moss giants drop mith spears. That is how I was able to obtain a spear for this quest.
  16. At least you can get eyes of newt and unicorn horns for a cheap price. That's not bad. I had 3 rune satchels and dropped them. They only hold cakes and triangle sandwichs and bananaz. I've seen people with gold and black ones too. The tea flask I have no clue about as of yet.
  17. Any of ther giants will give up decent seeds. Moss and Ice in particular. Great to train on too.
  18. I love geting gems from the boxes, I enjoy crafting. I did get a loop half key piece, why doesn't he bring me the other half!? :(
  19. I personally find that the random events which only give you food items, the sandwich lady, the drunken dwarf, strange plant etc., seem to happen a great deal more frequently and to a higher percentage of folks then say the Freaky Forester. Those that give you pretty new clothes or helpful items like runes and gems occur to a lesser degree and to fewer folks. Woodcutting, mining, fishing etc. randoms appear to be evenly distributed amongst those that are in great numbers. Like when you mind in the scorpion pit or the willows at Draynor.
  20. He's in the castle at Varrock for me. The library. I've spoken to him a few times. He has a few witty pharses.
  21. I get the drunken drawf often and the mysterious old man with his happy box second. This week however, I have gotten the genie 3 times. That's usually a rare one for me.
  22. I received a level 2 clue scroll from an Ice Warrior yesterday. I had 2 coordinate clues that were not too hard to find out, but then I got a clue asking me to search in a crate on the fishing platform. I had not done the Sea Slug Quest yet. I went ahead and completed it, searched the crate and received another clue. It was a map clue, easy enough. I got another clue from it. This one asked me to search in the Lighthouse second floor. However, I had not done Horror From the Deep yet. So, seeing as how I like to complete quest that I begin, I went ahead and did that one too. After a painfully slow battle with ÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâ¦Ã¢â¬ÅmomÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬ÃâÃ
  23. I made my first all in one million from selling off 5k bowstrings. I've also made good money from fishing and mining.
