  1. Belongs in the Tech & Comp. forum.
  2. Guy was attempting to blow up parliament, but got caught, so we burn him every year. I'm sure nowadays if someone were to blow up parliament today, we'd have people letting him.

It's like a small test that you take a few years before GCSEs. (Year 6 & 7 for English).
  4. Innuendos are awesome?

Invited? Lucky bugger. :P Compulsory for me. They don't really count towards anything, but they are a nice way to see where you stand. Assuming you use the same scale as we do (4-8), I got 7-7-6 (Maths, Science and English respectively.). I was proud with my results but quite miffed at the fact they count towards little.
  6. Eh, I hate using C4Ds. The effects you get can just be too random. Although I do have like 700+ C4Ds (which I should really upload and share, if you want me to just drop me a PM and i'll sort it out). I do brushing because it can be controlled and formed to how I want it. I do soft brushing because it is so much more so and can fit most things, hard grunge can just look so flat. The only filter I use is gaussion blur, even that I only use it about 5 times in a whole signature. ( That like fire eminating from the dragon was some of my awesome brushing :') ) I apply my colours by extracting a variety of colours from the render and then just forming some clouds with them. (Though, I do use 3 or sometimes 4 layers just for colour trying to get the correct hue, saturation and brightness right.) It's not just a simple case of "slapping on a render and blending it". Positioning and lighting is just as important. I kept this signature darker to give it an evil and mysterious feel. Usually I form a signature around the render than forming a signature and then applying a render. 95% of my work is done via my own touch. I don't like using too many filters because it can seem to random and usually look horrible. I feel the same way about C4Ds. If I had the actual program, I might be more inclined to use them. Really, it's down to that this is my style. I have not just seen a tutorial and use it throughout, I have created this style myself throughout the ~2 years of GFX making. I will probably share a PSD of it soon. It consists of; ~15 brushing layers (in total) ~3 colour layers ~6 render layers ~3 adjustment layers ~2 gradient layers ~3 text layers (per text) 1 or 2 border layers I'm not going to go pro or get serious about it because this is just a thing I enjoy to do in my spare time. But at the moment, i'm happy with my style. It's versatile and mine.
  7. I dressed my Guy like a chav, if that's at all the same. :P

I'm confused, do you mean ability to type, or ability to type fast? I can type at 100+ wpm, but my average is 60~75 wpm. I've never taken any typing courses, how do they work? ._.; I got mine just because I grew up with computers, I learnt alot with them aswell. Plus, back in the day I had to use DOS which you need to be fairly learned anyway. The key to it is practice (pun not intended). I used to use computers for all my homework, no matter how little. Now that I did that, my handwriting is really scruffy. So I only type up for long (2+ pages) homeworks. Plus, writing manually homework makes me learn it easier.
  14. I blame it all on my "tourettes". :-$
  15. Hah, I just tried to open IE to see if it had updated and it's now got a C++ Visual runtime error. Seems as though the file is corrupt.
