There were two Duke Nukem games prior to that, creatively named Duke Nukem and Duke Nukem 2. Yeah I remember them 2D side-scrollers. Never bothered with them though. At that age, it didn't appeal to me as much as 3D gut-splattering. Still good though.

Once in a while, an advert will come along and will capture the nations heart. Then, it dies. Gradually. THEN someone resurrects it from its grave, giving it new life in a new way. The Cillit Bang Remix. Featuring the ever-so handsome BARRY SCOTT. Taking a techno remix with him. The Esure Remix ("Calm Down Dear") Featuring Micheal Winner and his famous quote "Calm down dear, it's only a commercial!". The Frosties Kid ("They're gonna taste great!") Featuring the much speculated about child. Except with the true story behind the myth. Anyone else know great adverts like these?

Maan, that game was great. I played that after Doom and Wolfenstein. I can vividly remember the first level completely ^_^. It was reaally sick for a game of its time. Naked ladies, blood and gore, oh my. Pipe bombs still rule.

jejeje. I killed him in about 3 hits. :anxious: All of the things behind him were on ice, so I used Shiva for an instantanious kill. I was quite shocked myself when that happened. And that's the final time you kill him before he dies. He was hardest at the mountain. My vote: Wolfenstein 3D. The original Wolfenstein. I remember being about 6/7 when I played that. Never did complete it. :cry:

That's a very bold thing to say.

That's not actually its true name. Nor is it the best flash animation. Its actually called Stickman versus Creator or something of the like. I think I saw it on NG waaay back. Good animation though. Video kills the quality though.

Don't shoot the messenger. I know that this isn't the only reason but I love how the media have taken it that way.
