No, not really. Just create a free website, Upload to imageshack (or directly) and place it in there and give the link to the website. I don't know any flash file uploaders. :| ::EDIT:: Oh yeah, http://www.PutFile.com. :lol:

Imageshack can upload SWF files... However, the forums filter any links ending in SWF since flash files aren't allowed to be played directly.
