Don't knock it until you try it. : I have light green and cream. With cream curtains and a white door. I hate it >.< What my sister did was have hers a light/oceany blue, but on her built-in cupboard she painted a boating scene on it. Looked awesome, but she was really into painting.

You had almost a same problem as me. :uhh: I have a Belkin wireless lan interwebz connection. It's pretty fast and everything, but the main hub would go down every few hours. That was the first week, but by the end of the month, it was going down every 5 minutes. That meant every 5 minutes I had to get off my chair, stroll downstairs, go to the hub, unplug it, re-plug it, go back upstairs just to use the internet. Considering it takes about 1 minute to re-connect to the hub, I was getting about 4 minutes out of it. It wasn't too bad, my dad is usually downstairs aswell so he just reset it for me. But the killer was for downloading things, my interwebz would cut out and i'd have to start the download again. But anyway, the hub had a gaurantee on it, so we just traded it in for another one. This one hasn't crashed once in a week so far. : But, yeah... welcome back.

Nah, everyone thinks that. Then it leaves no room for my text to go on. I want the firey background focused on the render, stretching little or no further than it. Just having empty space either side of it... is boring. If nothing is going to be there, make it transparent or black.

I originally intended this to be a lighter signature, but when I slightly upped the contrast and slightly lowered the brightness, it looked good aswell. Normal: Darker: Lighter: But, looking back now... The lighter version looks pale because it was meant to be a hazy effect. I shall probably use the normal version. Thoughts, opinions or CC?

The lag I got from it was on the verge of killing my interwebz. Honestly, what the hell? 1300kb?! Any forum that let's you use that i'll salute them as their bandwith suddenly runs out. Why is it a cross-section of a volcano anyway? It's not even a scientifically correct diagram. Text is horrible, that font (Evanescence) is overused, nearly as much as "Dark Crystal" (I think it's called that). The colours are horrible for it aswell, if you're an "initiate pure for life" shouldn't the red letters be that yellow/gold tinge from the armour?

Then if it's not a fake it shouldn't be here. :shame:

Stop murdering the English language. It's just another tiled signature. With the font "Papyrus". Seriously, do some signature MAKING. As in, get some brushes or learn some techniques. Just getting some random images and tiling them isn't very skillful.

Looks like an: Image + Invert + Sectioned + Gradient + Random "twinkle" brush + Text. You need to do more things in a signature. I haven't used an invert in any of my signatures. Get some proper grunge/abstract brushes, read some tuts (or mine, i'll try and get the link) and do something like that. Plain images are used for manipulations, which generally involve more than an invert. Font is fine, pixel fonts work with anything really. Text placement, that's a different story... You should've placed it along one of the beams in the structure (horizontally). The gradient and the random brushes don't make any sense and don't look good.

Perhaps you could use a few things, I'll list them out. The shift key. There is two located on most standard keyboards. One under Return, the other under CAPS LOCK. Another nifty creature we will learn about is the PERIOD. It's a dot, a tiny speckle in the world of sentences that creates a pause. Maybe if YOU actually took English you'd know O_o sp4de i wasnt telling him to use periods commas and all that i was telling him to atleast spell correctly. now actually read posts instead of not seeing the speckle and flaming about it :roll: Well, you sound like a damn hypocrite. Indeed, it's all very well spelling correctly, but grammar goes hand-in-hand with spelling. "Stumbling is ok"? No, drinking to the extent it blatantly effects you isn't good. I don't see going out and drinking about 3+ bottles of whatever a good time. Drinking 1 or 2 bottles with food is where I leave it.

I wouldn't take guarantees from anyone who couldn't spell the word. :| If you're saying he should enjoy life to the full, then let him do what he wants. So true, I expect if he asked her she'd feel the same way as him - fairly awkward. Just let the boy do as he wishes.

I've loved all of Honda's adverts recently. :) I think that that's their best one, next I think is the "what's it like to own a honda" with the choir. I love both honda commercials. And the gieco one with little richard . :)

V.1 V.2 (Just some stars for good measure. :{) Yeah, adapted from MTV's tut on TIF. Just more gradients and applied images really. ^_^; Anyway, rate/cc you know the drill.

An hours work? Nah, about half to three quarters that. It's ok, I guess. Good colours and well blended. I don't like the text though, maybe perhaps a bit more opaque? I don't usually like doing pixel stretches, but I think I might try and implement them in my next sig.

Ew... Just... No... NEVER Bevel and emboss the signature. Unless you are looking for that specific look, which really isn't needed here. To me, it just looks like a red background, some lightning which has been duplicated a few times and rotated with a bevel and emboss and stroke. Go to some tutorial sites, read a few tutorials. Playing around with a new program is fine, but just posting random signatures isn't going to make it any better.
