  1. OHMANTHATSHUGE. Could you shrink it slightly so I can make out what it is?
  2. Use a hot&cold method to relieve it. Apply a hot something such as a water bottle or some heat rub. Then apply some a cold something such as a bag of peas or ice pack. Do that over and over. The heat will cause the muscles to relax, and the cold to make them contract. You can just exercise it off, but you may do it more damage.
  3. Something similiar to this: (The dithered is on the left, the block shading is on the right) Ehh, it's an adapted version of something on the interwebz. Only 2 colours used, you can see it looks like more on the right as it gets smaller.
  4. lols, I think that you'll find it's an imperial unit. :) Yes you can use Paint to do that or you could just use Google. I think it's 75 pixels per inch. Although, using a program to do it is probably easier.
  5. Check the dates, this is thread necromancy. ;) I think Jdprs left, if he hasn't and is reading this... COME TO GU FOOL!
  6. It was a stupid AMSTRAD. For those who don't know, it was a computer without the cooling fan. Not a smart idea, basically I used it for a long time and it got too hot and went "KABLOOMSHKI!". You had to be there I guess. :( My name is Cadburys :( Anyway, no games recently interest me. Plus, i'm skint and RS is free and a good time waster.
  7. Aw darn, the animation doesn't work for me. :( Is the link dead or is my Quicktime plug-in out of date?
  8. Ohh! You're Damion on GU! I remember I touched up your fossil signature. :o For those curious here's what I did in my touch up: Yeah the text sucks, shut up. -.- I like your second style the best, althought you need to choose better colours and blend more. By better colours I mean get actual colours from the render. This helps to blend the render a bit more and looks better (in my opinion). I often use the eye dropper tool and get a light colour with a dark colour, then apply a cloud filter with them and set it to overlay. (For a basic colouring)
  9. Sweet, 1 poet down - how many to go? :P According to Google, it's Fiction Plane Lyrics, from Holes. Obviously.
  10. Then you'll love what I just found. This makes me want to play it. :(
  11. I blew up my computer when I was about 4. :uhh: Does anyone remember those disks from before CDs were widely used? They were like floppies but about 10x the size. I had this awesome alien weird game, it taught me french and how to pwn at battleships. :D Now all of this talk of retro and old gaming is making me think of Zoombinis ;). Now that's awesome. Please someone say they remember Zoombinis. :(
  12. Some nice beginner tuts, weeb. Though, I would like to make it clear that just because you've feathered the render doesn't mean it's completely blended. You need to do more to get a more blended finish. Oh, and with the render resizing, you can just press Ctrl + T which puts you into Free Transform mode. Then just click and drag a corner with Shift held, as you said. If you want to be able to edit colours after hue/saturation I recommend using Layer -> New Adjustment Layer -> Hue/Saturation that way you can still edit the colour freely without screwing anything. Anyway, yes. Good beginner tuts.
  13. It's not a fake, it's a real glitch that has been posted before... It's caused by lag when logging in Then this doesn't belong here. And you yourself said it's caused by lag, therefore not a glitch.
  14. Nah, just size 1. I'll be able to see it if it was in white, I use the SubBlack skin. ;) Don't get it. :? There'd be no point for a lion to eat the sheep anyway.
  15. I'm sure you do... Otherwise you wouldn't be able to reply to this. Go look up what OS means. ;)
  16. Pucker up! How about modify it so it looks like a crocodile upside down and swim with it? "Oh teh noes teh crocs have meh!!!11" or just scare little kids.
  17. Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Paint If not, do a search for mspaint[Caution: Executable File]. This is assuming you are using Windows OS.
  18. Oh boy, as a kid I was a game kid. One time, I was shopping in Halfords with my family. I got bored and wandered off, not that they noticed :o. I went to the front desk and saw that the girl at the till was playing a game, a game I had completed. I think it was called Johnny Storm. Awesome 2D side scroller. Now, bear in mind I was about 5 at the time. I went up to this girl and I said "Do you want to know how to do that level? I found level 6 easy." She turned down and looked at my quite shocked. So anyway, about 10 minutes later I helped her complete the level and my parents came running over asking if they had found me and they told them the story. My other time like this was at Makro, a large warehouse shopping centre for those who don't know. Once again, I wandered off because my family had moved away from the games section. I found there they had a Playstation hooked up with a 2-player game going, I think it was Gran Turismo or some racing game similiar. So anyway, I was still only about 6 at the time, I went over there and asked if I could have a go. The 2 teenagers looked at me like I was stupid and started laughing. So they gave me a go and I played against one of them, beating him by about half a minute. They were pretty embarressed and wandered off, just as my family found me. But, I think my biggest gaming feat was beating Xenophobe on the Atari Lynx, when I was about 7.
  19. I dont understand you, but what has being a nerd got to do with food? please..... Did you even read his post? You said you can't be a celebrity and be a nerd. Now, think about it. Most people who use a computer a lot are often called nerds, right? Bill Gates made the computer OS. Irony. He's making a point that if you're going to challenge yourself without a reason (such as for charity etc), then it must be personal and not really a viable reason for you to post it here. Grow up and stop being so arrogant.
  20. Generally pixel fonts are used to add a tech feel, to be small and/or usually to add as a subtext. You rarely see people use a pixel font for their name in a signature.
  21. Drunk is the new sober. :o I still got a few years (well, probably only one) before I go. :( I'm already freaked out enough about GCSEs, I hope college/uni will be better. :anxious:
  22. Technically, it's an ok signature. Be it a filter pile. (It looks it, if it isn't then I apologise.) But you killed it by putting RS pictures and things on it. I've said it countless times but anything with RS related things in it rarely work out. Stat sigs are the lazy persons way to getting a signature. Learn to take criticism, not everyone will like it. Just take the criticism and move on. It makes you look less of a "noob" and you could learn something by listening to other's opinions. Grow up please.
  23. I thought he left for NASA. I'm so deaf. I still miss Damon Hill and Nigel Mansell. Then we Brits could win some F1 races. :(
  24. Do not feed the troll. Anyway, any particular reason you are doing this? Or is it just for a conversation point? Great, I did 36 hours no eating for charity. You probably will. You'll be hungry, which will make you more tired which means you probably won't want to go out and do some sports. Chances are you'll want something to take your mind off of any stomach pains aswell, lounging around will probably be your outcome.
