Its hard to compress an animated gif, seeing as it can only be saved in one format. The only way it can be accomplished, I think, is to make the size smaller.

Indeed, most rooms at my school lack proper windows and air con. Only computer rooms contain them, dont want the computers to over heat now do we? We dont have a choice of leggings either ;[. Although I wouldn't wear shorts personally (I hate the things) its nice to know we have an alternative.
