Rofl. On Topic, yes, I have started over. I quit shortly after RS2 came out, and when I restarted playing, in May of 06, all my stats were at 1. =(. Now I'm level 82, with a 1125 skill total =)

What do I use my genie lamps on you ask. It's quite simple really, I usually get a genie lamp when I'm training, so I just use the lamp on the skill I'm training, although, if I'm training combat, (excluding prayer), I'll use it on the stat closest to a level.

Hmm, if they raised the level cap, most of the top 50 are already gonna be level's 110+ with the amount of xp they have... On a side note... Geeks ftw...

Or maybe the law temple. It's huge, and it would fit my idea of a skill-restricted area, since you need to do a quest to get in. And just how would he drop his armor and weapons? Owned? One place I havent seen many people is the bank in the lost city of Zanaris. Many Tip.iters have done Lost City, so just a suggestion.

I got Leo while killing guards, just getting my attack to 60. I buried each bone, and got Leo after around 50.

try logging in to the suggested world on the top of your runescape world select page. it should help dramatically =)

If you clearly read the post, you see that I added rebuttal to that statement...

So many rants about the dying runescape economy, so much talk about the prices of rares. We all read the constant new topics about party hats increasing in value, and how only the richest of the rich were able to capitalize from the hike in the party hat prices. Then I got to thinking, if Jagex was really against these holiday, aka "rare" items of the past, and how they are damaging the economy, wouldn't they put a stop to them? Wouldn't they brainstorm in their staff meetings, thinking of ways to remove these "rare" items from the game? It really caught me by surprise, the fact that all they would need to do to reduce the value of these items would be to make them open, for instance, making a party hat a quest item. Even if Jagex did this, what would be of those who spent month after month, slaving away to these pixels we all love to hate. So, to say Jagex has a clear cut path to resolving all the problems in this game is selfish. The point of this short analysis is CUT JAGEX SOME SLACK. Another point I'd like to adress, why is it many F2P complain... Don't get me confused, I'm not saying all do, but for those who do complain, pay the $5.00 or quit, no need to complain if you don't pay.

This drop party was excellent, great job tip.it =D. I got 100 cooked lobs, lol. Anyway, it was a great effort on your part, too bad it was spoiled by beggars and pet noobs. Although my main was banned on saturday, and I had to be on my lvl 36 Pker, I still had alot of fun, and met many pkers/ lvl 36!! I hope the next tip.it event is in a more remote area, like the wilderness (Just playing), but maybe alkharid, VERY REMOTE. I dropped a couple of things, but I still didnt get that sara kite =(. I had fun, and I can't say GOOD JOB enough...!
