Hola, Couple of questions about this because i'm going for 99 smithing and i need a hell of a lot of hammers. Firstly can anyone tell me and skilling SC clans as they ( i've heard ) can get me 5-6 SC hammers an hour. Also are there any requirements for these clans. Now i've only played SC once and i failed miserably, haven't seen any guides so what can i do to achieve max points per game? Just catch fragments and make them into arrows? Also what level is best to collect fragments for, E.G I am 83 hunt and was collecting from level 5 swam.. yet this gives me more xp.. it's slower IMO than collecting say level 3 ones. Just generally want to know how i can achieve highest amount of hammers an hour. Cheers.

Hey, I have 2 range brawlers and 2 melle brawlers that i want to use up and i have a couple of questions. Firstly is using SC armour worth it? The guide in the AOW doesn't really explain verywell, For example say if i used just brawlers and i got 400k Melle xp at 200k xp/h, if i used SC armour would i get 200k melle xp at 400k xp/h? I don't realy understand this part. Also when using ranging brawlers.. are using knifes not advised? Do the brawlers degrade based on the amount of shots? or xp? if it's shots i will have to use broad bolts and a Cbow. Lastly I will be using the lesser demon spot for both brawlers. I havent been there to test it out yet but Total pwnage's guide states ". If you see a pker coming at you, go down the ladder, equip your anti-fire shield, and use the lever. Tab out when you get inside." So i equip my anti shield go down the ladder, push the lever, then why do i need to tab out? I haven't been there yet so i have no idea where pushing the lever will take you but when he says tab out do i have to run all the way back to the spot again? That's all, cheers. EDIT: Well i have other gloves aswell such as fishing and WC, so if anyone would care to tell me if using SC is better for them aswell it would be great.

BS son, aww well i'm still waiting it out till the update, because i'm damn sure it will do something to the economy.. if it continues to rise after the update.. i'll see how much it costs and if i still want to do it.. most likely will anyway. Still need estimates on smelting gold with gaunts please :)

Hmm, I don't think superheating is worth it as it costs twice as much and i doubt it will make twice as many bars. Starting to get confused about this whole economy system.. i mean a lot of items are rising.. i don't know if this is inflation or not but i'm waiting for the update to come before i buy my bars. Hopefully prices will die down =/

Quick question, does anyone know how much xp/h gold smithing with gold smithing gauntlets is ?

Cheers KBD your a ledge :) I think i am going to smelt gold till 88 along wit a bit of blastfurnace then just do addy plates till 99. Been a great help guys, nice one. EDIT: So total it will cost me like 50m.. =/ Hmm more than i expected but oh well.

Hmm interesting, once again thanks for the multiple answers, can someone do a comparison between mith/addy bolts to 88 with smelting gold ore to 88 and tell me about the costs and xp/h :) this will be a major hel[p.

Thanks for more replies :) I'm thinkinf about smelting gold ore till 88, i'm just wondering do the gold bars sell? If they don't.. then that increases my costs buy a huge amount. EDIT: Also... is there a reason as to why everything is riseing.. is this inflation or is this just merchents. I mean addy bars and gold pre/bars are riseing.. should i buy right now, or should i buy later when they die down.? Cheers.

Thanks for the link it tells me a hell of a LOT, now i'm trying to work out the average experience per hour but the i'm getting confused so i still need information on that, also i need to know what to do with my final products and what items to smith to first reach 88 smithing. Apart from that, i think thats it :)

Hey, Well ive made a 99 smith thread a long time ago, but this time i might actually go for it seeing as i have the cash for it (110=m :)) So i have a HELL of a lot of questions to ask. First, can anyone direct me to a link with a guide on what i shold smith to 99? What is best to do with finished products (platebodies) alching..selling on G.E what? i want to know this because i'm not bothered if i have to alch, i will just alch in PvP, i just want to know what is best to loses minimum cash. This brings me onto the question about the cost for 99 smith, few things to know: I already have 2 smith brawlers which i will only use at 88 smith which is 1.04m xp right there, for the rest of the xp i will use SC hammers. I;m guessing like 40mish? Now how long will it take to get the right amount of hammers to get me to 99 smith from my current level, bear in mind i will gain 1.04m xp without hammers ( brawlers ) (oh and also i will use skilling SC sclans to get my hammers) Whats the average xp per hour? By average i mean time taken to get the hammers.. and smith the actual products ( this is for addy plates) Is it mind bogglingly boreing? i doubt it but i find FM'ing increasingly boring, i doubt this will be due to the fact i'll be playing SC and possibly alching my products. Can't think of any more questions right now, will add more if i have more questions. Any added questions will go below this line. Has anyone tried smithing in PvP, is it too dangerous to do, or not? might aswell get ep if i can. Cheers.

GF Merchers. The graphs are what gave merchers an edge and the ability to succesfully merch. If this was an act against price manipulating clans Jagex. YOU FAILED. Just because there are no detailed graphs it doesn't stop clans from buying out items and selling them at the same time.

I feel to see the fml in that, i'd be quite happy for an extra 46m or so Lol I think he wanted the lsp so he could LS a sigil or something :P

Once again speculation, but price manipulators have most likely horded SGS and SS.

If your good, you can always keep your energy above 90% without a bird. Take a healing familiar, they are so much better.

I reckon LS sara or solo TD's would be most effective at your levels. I would lean towards TD's due to their high charm drop rate, and the fact that if you do LS sara you might end up on a team with someone having gazillion LSP leaving with you with no loot >.> that can get annoying. This happens mostly with RSOF, also people could drop out and it is quite difficult finding LS teams, I know i'm making LS sara sound awful, but trust me it's not, i got 2 LS SS in like 120 kills, 120 kills is super fast in LS teams, but now i'm about 300 dry, havent seen a drop. Whatever you do, goodluck.

Heyy,, Sorry for the constant threads :) Topic says it.. what would you reccomend i should do for the most cash.. I know SGW is more consistant cash but i've never tried Corp so what is it like.. is it wort it at my stats.. bear in mind i'd be ranging Corp as i would be with SGW. Heyy,, Soon I am going to purchase an SGS, ive borrowed one from a friend and they are amazing at waterfiends, 4/5 times i hit a 40+ spec :) So this leads me on to my question, what would be better,,, SGS or SS for WF's, i know the answer is SS but heres a few things to know. SGS is a slow hitting weapon therefore it is very easy to flick piety.. that's what i will be doing.. flicking piety resulting in high hits and also 25% extra def every other hit from fiends. I know sometimes i will have to range pray.. but that is very rare as with the raw food drops and defence from piety every now and then, along with SGS spec i rarely use range pray. If i were to use an SS I would simply use the superhuman strength prayer until i was below 70 HP then range pray, i would also bring an SGS along to spec with. Generally speaking, what i want to know is what would give me the most klils per hour, piety with SGS or 10% str with SS, but bear in mind i will have to range pro more often with SS resulting in not using 10% strength prayer whilst praying range. Are you kidding? Even flat 80's is pushing it at fiends, and he can't even use a bunyip. I definately agree, you check my stats in my sig, i struggle to make more than 60 crims per hour, so what i'm doing is slaying till ATLEAST 85 atk and str then going to fiends. For now you should try dusties, or CT dags with prayer gear, they are suprisingly good xp and crimson charms.

You don't have to have such a big hissy fit about it, i've changed it... happy? Would also like some replies, i'll try get in touch with that guy :o.

Heyy,, I've been thinking a lot about these and if i should kill them. I had a look at the rate this page where someone achieved 3 solo claws at high 70 stats. I was jubious as to whether or not i should kill them due to my awful stats however he had lower stats than me and still solo'd 3 claws! So all i ask is, what is the money/drop rate like... would i jsut be better LSing/CSing zil? What are your opinions? are they worth the 65 QP i have to get to fight them? Thankss.
