Actually, most of the people on world 9 use it as a popular world to merchant or whatever. Low worlds are the most popular for this and its third in line behind 2 and 6(I think.)

I think the idea for an official tip it world where we have a lot better chance of seeing each other is a great idea. However, world 9 is often full. It is mainly this way because its the number 3 merchant world in p2p. I hardley ever see my 10-15 tip it friends on this world either. I'll be the first to sign. wow, that might be the most useful like Ive seen in a long time THANKS They are easy to get in world 2, just inside the fally gate to the west of the tree patch.

You just need the sigil...although in order to go to ape atoll after the quest you need the other items.
