You have to mine some rock to get in the cave. And yes, your setup is pretty good, use prayer if you can. Make sure you get her behind the throne so she is the only one attacking you. Good luck!

The rouges den is a place that has a banker and you can build fires. So you can pretty much cook 1 square away from the banker which lets you bank and cook very fast. It is downstairs in the bar in Burthrope.
