You seem to see alot of people claiming they were hacked. It makes me wonder: How many of these claims are actually true? I get the impression that these people just say this and then ask for free stuff. I can understand if they were silly enough to use their rs password on other sites, but if not (eg: unique password, recovery questions set) then how would they get hacked? If hackers could just break through that sort of protection then one would presume that top players would be prime targets for being hacked like Zezima or Novalyfe Does this mean that those claiming they got hacked are either someone who use their rs password elsewhere or they are simply someone trying to weasel people into giving them free stuff? PS (Apologies if there has been a topic on this already)

Agreed. Vanquish didn't deserve to be bagged for raising awareness.

I've seen heaps of high level players (50+) call people (including myself) noobs just cause they wouldn't sell them some of their equipment. I'm not a fan of the word 'noob' and in my opinion the only noobs in the game are the ones calling others noobs. Especially for lame reasons.

People aren't true runescape players if they have to hack to get items :-k Some people are just idiots. Good luck on recovery

I would have to say woodcutting. I hate those people that say " Runescape is getting boring, I'll think I'll go woodcutting."

I'd probably quit and look for another mmorpg to play

Prices will probably continue to drop because of the massive amout of autoers. I find it rare to walk past a yew and NOT find about six autoers there.

I only play an hour every couple of days maybe a bit extra on weekends. But thats cause I have stingy parents :evil:

Ouch. Losing stuff really hurts. And it's worse when it's for no reason. I wouldn't quit for it though.
