You can always try buying some yews for under 240 and then sell on the forums for 250+ each. I've made a bit of spare cash doing this. Nothing serious though >.o

>.O You can always try by starting off with woodcutting or mining. I suggest willows until atleast 75 - and then yews are a lot faster. Willows can sell for around 35gp each if you find the right buyer. You can always try merchanting random things - like ores or cowhides. D: Good luck :)

Hm, if you do such things like "Free Armor Trimming!!" then you'll probably get a temporary or term ban possibly with a mute. >.o If it's removing it fast, you will probably still get a temporary ban...although I am not sure and can't assure you won't get Pernament Banned.

Perhaps try using minds to spell fire-bolts on anything :P My friend got 94 magic on F2P this method I think. Try runecrating the Minds if you would like, however they are not that expensive :P

Sometimes you can buy for cheaper. It depends if you are on a F2P or P2P world because there's a shop you can buy them on F2P; nobody knows what they're for though :P
