How long did you spend there? How would you compare the xp to alching?

When you get a mysterious box, wait as long as possible to open it. I typically get a diamond if I wait about 15 seconds, compared to the typical sapphire

The best I have ever seen is 36-37. Considering that it has low attack bonuses, it hits 0s very rarely and 4 specs KO very rarely

14some odd mill xp. There's a site out there that lists the xp for all levels up to about 500. Google Phil's runescape cooking guide. One intriguing thing is that 200m xp is level 126 8-)
