I'd like to remind you that mining isn't a skill you can just say you want 99 in and magically buy a cape in. Watching your character bend up and down for 14 hours a day doesn't take much skill. Clicking constantly for 14 hours a day takes hardcore dedication and committment. Take a loot at the stats of the top 100 players in the game and you'll understand what I mean. Empror1 has maxed stats with the exclusion of runecrafting and slayer and he only has 94 mining. Ask 100 people what they think the hardest skill is and mining will be one of the top three, I guarantee it.

They're supposed to, but anybody can notice that rares haven't risen overall since summer '06 (when santas went from 5m to 25m in a few weeks)

I just bought 513 super antis and 959 super energies, so I guess now I have no excuse for not training theiving (and agility; *points to sig*) Right now, agility is impossible and theiving is frustrating. Blah. Get a better house noob. :-X

What language are you speaking? Plus, you obviously know nothing about mining if you thing rune is decent xp at all.
