See the Future...
I for-see the esslings ripping a whole in the fabric of runescape with their little claws and wandering around those three locations.

See the Future...
I've always secretly harbored the thought that Gielinor was the dumbest idea for a plan of existence.

See the Future...
Well looks like seeing the future is a teaser event for the runespan update. Kinda sad about it, but I understand since things like citadels and rotm were huge expected updates, but also weren't announced.

Future Update Discussions
Ever since I heard the concept of runespan it reminded me of WoWs version of the elemental plateau. I am all for them incorporating aspects of other games into runescape. If we were supposed to kill creatures on these elemental plans for nodes of power that would be cool. With the whole taking different concepts from other games idea in my mind what if jagex's "see the future" thing was them branching/converting the ge into an auction house and putting auction house hubs in those three locations? I am aware this would actually take a fair bit of effort on jagex part, but largely would put the market into the players hands.

The great thing about being a pessimist is that you're either right or pleasantly surprised. Or he's a cynical person. Runescape tends to do that to veteran players.

24-April-2012 - Fremennik Sagas II + Quest Reward Spins
I found nadir kind of straight forward after a guide briefing, but yeah lots of room for error.

See the Future...
Maybe not in the immediate near future, but then again this could be them hyping up the community to be aware some big project of theirs is coming down the line. The more hype, the more talk... the more talk, the more notice it gets... The more notice it gets the more curious people get... You understand. Seems we play the same game every time something, even remotely small, comes down the line and everyones analyzing every scrape and morsel of information.

Finished Nadir after like four attempts. Also finished Thok Your Block Off and in the process I got the rest of the tokens for the Scroll of Efficiency. I'm like 3 tasks from having the points for the broad bolt fletching ability and can't wait to stop slaying and go elsewhere. Thinking of trying the chimp ice deliveries next or maybe camping for the ancient pages.

Ancient pages
The pages work as excerpts from the book rather than pages that's why it's 23.5 pages. Also Jeremy I'll be on in a couple hours. I appreciate you're help and if you need anything let me know mmk?

24-April-2012 - Fremennik Sagas II + Quest Reward Spins
I'm disappointed that one of the sagas weren't from the warped floors. From the looks of it I think we should expect to see sagas from the second batch of occult, first batch of warped and maybe the finale on the last batch of warped floors. So I guess anyone with 110+ dg could potentially do the finale I bet.

Whats the drop rate at mithril dragons? Is it better to camp the skeletons?

See the Future...
Ts you misunderstood what I said. They might be making it where there are three portals in the real game where people can "teleport" to mirror over their account data to beta test servers.
-
See the Future...
What if they made it to where there were shard server portals for the beta servers located at the ge, ardy, and catherby? They could end up using beta server updates to streamline content and rapport with players by doing this. If this were the case it would most likely mean that updates would probably be set up where one is up for release and another is "on base" being tested on these shard servers.

20-April-2012: Mad May and Wild Weekends
25 (skills) X 13,040,000 (rough xp to 99) / 250k (bonus xp) = what I just said.

20-April-2012: Mad May and Wild Weekends
At the risk of sounding dumb and slightly optimistic I wonder of said item will allow bonus xp in dungeoneering? I really, honestly don't this so, but it would be aughly nifty for me. And at the thought of 250k being only a small 'drop' in the bucket of xp needed for maxing skills I agree. And just to satiate my interests in what 250k is compared to the xp needed for maxing out I figured it out and its only 1/1304 of the xp needed to max. Very true on the 'drop' concept lol. Better to be a 'drop' than a mulecule :P.

I got around to doing the math and figured I could use my kingdom for the coal and skim from that. All I'll have to do is spend 22.7m on addy ore and I'll have everything I need for this.

I disagree and efficiency means something different to everyone so I think there is a continuum. Efficiency could go either ways in saving more time or more money and I believe that depending on how the person wishes they would like to sped their resources (money, time and even raw materialsn) they could fall anywhere on the continuum.

what is everyone doing in the Arboretum?
I could see people training ranged on the vyres with stakes because of the costant high hits. Maybe they are people who dont want to cannon or shell out the cash for chins?

Cost efficient is like doing serums for herblore while time efficient is doing overloads. Capiche?

16-April-2012 - Postbag from the Hedge #46
I would like to see crandor as the new roosting spot for the qbd and have it instanced so after certain events it would appear that crandor is repopulated with a small hub so pvmers could bank. Maybe the qbd's ancient magical influences could have a potent effect on the island and make it a much more deadly place to be and offer some mini bosses to fight. Maybe we'll see brutal black dragons alogside other high level npcs such as giant red spiders, tormented demons, and maybe some type of undead.

Honestly I don't need the xp and I'm only doing this for the completionist trim when I come to it. My only concern is spending a large amount of cash or time on it so I'm trying to find the middle ground for me which honestly is looking like that 40m spending.
