firstly, don't ever save pictures in paint as jpg. secondly, try something original.

I think you should try to do something without brushings. Only default brushes, different filters, smudging etc. And on that one: - no blending - messy background - nice colors - text fits in nicely - subtext is bad - i don't know what to say about tha border, maybe a movie border would fit in
