You should know that runescape has 5 lines of text instead of 4. Otherwise it's bad too. The characters are placed badly and the 'riding' effect is terrible. So, lots of work to do. I know you can do better.

well, basically, it is quite easy to recognize is it done in 2 mins or not... as I said, no miracles can be made in that time. The point is not to make amazing pieces of art, just to see what you can make up in two minutes. basically the point is to challenge yourself. Anyone can cheat, but that wouldn't bee fun, right? Who would be proud with something that's earned by cheating. Really, these do not represent your pixeling skills, just something you spend 2 minutes of your life into.

I think that's the joke in it :D

That's the challenge! only two minutes to get and idea and draw it. Won't look impressive but (i guess) will be fun.

Please put your own name to them, if you are scared of rippers. Reward will [among fun] be a underbanner that says "The two minute avatar contest winner!". Hope this is original idea. Also people can color the entries, and best colorer wins the coloring section. Winners will get lots of glory and honor! Please don't enter overtimed avatars. It spoils the fun. i think you should add more contrast between hair and skin of face. It's quite hard to notice which is which when looking quickly to head so that ends up as result that makes his head to look like a pile of grease IMO :-k his staff is bend... good shading in orb Edit: better now
