Tried to fix the grass and lightly dithered the coins.

 

 

 

it doesnt really look like hes standing on the grass. make some grass come up and cover the boetms of his feet

its cool looks a bit blurry but that mite be my eyes, i think you should make him hold the magic bow in a different way, the way hes holding it looks funny

Shade the air more...

 

The staff looks odd, try making it contact the wood with metal or whatever. Now it looks like he is prodding a stickin in an flying red orb.

 

Also make him wield the staff in a different way.

 

 

 

And shade the ground. you have a moon in the background, yet the grass is not shaded in front of the pile of gold and the dude.

 

 

 

Ill give it a 7/10. its a bit empty.

its ok. for tip it standards nowadays its pretty good. old standards, not really.

for the nat altar, i would try to make it more 3d pop out, because tright now, it kinda looks like a floor mat

An update

 

 

 

i think you should add more contrast between hair and skin of face. It's quite hard to notice which is which when looking quickly to head so that ends up as result that makes his head to look like a pile of grease IMO :-k
