Slayer or fleshcrawlers. You will get your lvl 70 att very quick.

Go for fleshies, I trained there for a while and it is good xp

I would use this method, pretty safe :)

Slayer would work , in the beginning the drops aren't that good, nut after that you can make some nice cash
