It says I have no offences, but in my message box I still have a report where I got a black mark for 'advertising an inappropriate website'. I don't even know what I got reported for, but it doesn't show up on the ban offences thing, maybe it doesn't work? :> That or it got removed for whatever reason...

If you bring a glory and tele to edge and then go through the nature alter I think it's faster than going to shilo. Definately faster than coming from fight caves :>

I think the ones by the magic arena (north of the duelling arena) are pretty close if you use the chest bank.

I think they will release it right around summer when kids get out of school, so they spend all summer playing RS.

They should learn how to use the world map.

One of you could use the browser version and use a proxy with firefox or something. That might get you banned with account sharing since you would be logging in from all these different ips though.
