No doubt from the new quest, can be found in the herblore guide in the RS manual. +3 magic? Zzz Edit: Sara brew is listed as giving a "boost" as well, but magic potion is "+4 magic level". Maybe it will do something other than just +3 magic levels, or maybe that's just the way jagex words it now.

Someone posted a page before that plays the sound of an attack and then you have to pick what attack it is and see if you guessed right. Anyone have the link?

PlutoniumCross is right you can't check all the rules, you can check through all the rules on the first page after they agree, but it should work exactly how they explain. When both people agree the first time all the options are frozen and all you can do is confirm the rules are the ones you want. That's how it should've been in the first place.

Varies from person to person depending on what skills take up the majority of their xp. Getting fletching or cooking xp would be easier than getting herblore, slayer, runecrafting xp.

I think the spot north east of Yanille is pretty close, or east varrock is fast because of the amount of rocks. Not sure if those are the fastest. Yanille one is slightly closer than varrock mine.
