  5. Eek, haven't had time to update it in a some days  Thank everyone for posting. Well, I'm not selling any of my important bank things. But I still got a load of stuff from miscalanian kingdom to sell. Which should get me some nice money again. The easiest way is to use a suicider. While you enter the lair and run to the rex safespot the suicider will get sup and prime to attack him. Alternatively, it's possible to enter the lair solo. But I wouldn't try doing that untill you really know the "behaviour" of the kings. ---- And now, what did I do the past days. Well, 2 days ago I did nothing  But yesterday I did a lot more. When I came back from school yesterday I started doing some KQ, I soloed for about 8 kills I think, but got bored of soloing abit. So I asked Sir Hartlar to come KQ with me, and so it went. We did about 15 kills together, till we both had to go for dinner. We didn't got a single good drop :( And we decided to go to the god wars dungeon after dinner. So, when we were both back we went to the dungeon, on to the zammy fortress to kill some imps and go kill the boss afterwards. All went pretty well and we got quite a few kills, but again, no special drops for the first 2 trips. Then it came to the 3rd trip. I entered the boss lair first and thus got him to attack me. But it didnt went really well. And I got hit a lot. Half of my shark gone after 1 kill. When the boss respawned again he decided to yet again take me on :( (It really seems completely random who he attacks). I got hit a lot again and had to get 5 sharks from hartlar to survive. The 3rd boss then, again he attacks me (while hartlar was a lot closer to him). After a few hits I'm out of food, and have to tele. Hartlar is going to finish the kill. I'm standing in edge now, waiting for Hartlar, when I get a nice PM "Steam staff!" Ya rly! This nice boss dropped us a steam staff :) It isn't worth too much but hey, at least its something, and I'm pretty happy about it. After this we did another 4 KQ kills, whitout any luck. Ah, that was quite a nice day, monster hunting all the time and a nice steam staff drop to cover up the costs :) - Also, a very big thank you to Nac Fan, who donated me a Warrior ring And to Colossus110 who donated me Zammy bracers and 93k coins. 2 Levels gotten: Yeah, also got some levels :o Both while soloing the KQ, 88 HP and 82 Attack. And a clue... A clue done lately:
  6. First of all, I have never found myself being able to stay longer if there are hybrids. It's true, you get a bit less spinos on you, but on the other hand you can get hurt a lot if you have to go and get rex from his spawning spot. Also, keep in mind that mages spent 300k+ more EACH trip than the hybrids do (and that is if they tele at the same time as the hybrids, if they continue solo trips will become even more expensive for mages). I think it's only fair in that way that the mage keeps any drops he gets after the hybrids tele. It evens out the profits, if the mage had to share them the hybrids would make a lot more money then the mage does. Just keep in mind, even with the "in room policy" Hybridding makes MORE money than maging does. I don't think you'd be able to find much people willing to mage if you also take there little extra profit away. But again, this is only in the situation for the mage in a 3 man trip. If you duo, or go to GW or let's say KQ I think it's only fair to share with everyone that went. You work together on slaying the exact same guy, and one will always take more damage. Like yesterday I went with a friend to GW, duoing the zammy boss. On our 3rd trip I got hit badly, the boss always seemed to go after me and after I few kills I had to tele. On that same kill my mate got a steam staff drop. And of course I'll get a share of it. And if it was the other way around I would have given my mate a share too. Same goes for KQ, lets say someone has bad luck and has to tele just before the queen dies, and you would get a chain drop that kill. It's the only fair thing to share with your mate then.
  7. Frog is hawt Heph is hawt Heph is Frog tbh :anxious:
  8. I can't really agree with you on this point. Yes, you can't get to the dks when alone. But all you really need to get there is someone to help you open the 2-mans doors. As a mage you don't need any hybrids to be able to do a trip. However, as a hybrid you DO need the mage. There is no way to hybrid without a good mage. The mages are respondible for the hybrids. If the mage makes one mistake the hybrids can die, and the quality of the mage plays a very important part in how long the hybrids can stay. Hybrids also use a much cheaper inventory than the mage does (about 2 times cheaper) and they get a lot more kills than the mage does. But, the only way they can do that is by having a good mage. What I want to make clear is that it isn't the mage who owes the hybrids, but the hybrids who owe the mage. Therefor I also think it's only fair for the mage to keep any drops he gets after the hybrids tele. Note: This is my opinion only for 3-4 man DK trips (with 1 mage and 2 or 3 hybrids and only for the situation of the mage). For other types of trips my opinion is different, but I already posted that on an earlier post.
  9. I think it really depends on the situation. If I look at the examples you give about the GWD I'd say that the ones who teled out first do deserve their share of the drop. They helped in the killing, and they (most likely) did the team a favour by taking the extra blows. I would always share in such a situation. Though I haven't fought the gwd bosses with a team yet, so I can't speak from my own experience about it. Now about the DK's. Again it really depends on the type of trip. Let's say you do a 3 man trip, 2 hybrids and a mage. The mage will outlast the hybrids. In this case I think it's fair for the mage NOT to share any drops he gets after the hybrids tele. A mages inventory costs a lot more than that of a hybrid and your taking the extra risk of staying solo (no one to pick up your stuff might you die). I think in those cases the mage just deserves to keep the drops he gets. For a duo trip thats different for me (duo mage trips I'm talking about now, mage/melee duos aren't really possible anymore and I got no experience with them). In a duo trip I would share any drops even after my partner teled. In duo trips we always share the food drops anyway. And if one needs any pots the other drops them for him. I and the friends I duo with always tend to keep in the lair as long as possible together. Then, might one get to do a few solo kills after all it's only fair to share any more drops in my opinion.
  10. Nice trip And yeah, I decided to tele :o Didn't had prayer on :ohnoes: , and didn't saw the other players till they were standing right on top of me. So I quickly teled out. Turned out it wasn't needed, but the trip was over anyway :anxious: Hawt trip :
  11. First of all, TY Very much Sheynara for your Torags helm donation And then... I went back to DK's today :) DK trip 51 Duo mage trip with Hephaistos. Good trip, we quickly got a dragon axe drop and at the end of we got a warrior. 1.7m share. PS. While I'm uploading now anyway, here are the 2 zerker ring drop pics from yesterday. Which were both lost upon my death  [hide=2 Zerker ring drops] [/hide]
