Exercise... Yes Exercise...
I never said I was fat and unhealthy. The Phys Ed course during the school year helps me build up my stamina and muscles. Since I don't want to lose the stamina I built up during school year, I continue to train during the summer. I run an average of 4 times a week and go swimming at least once a week. It's not something unbelievable. Just because you prefer to stay inside when you have spare time, it doesn't mean everyone else does it like you. Besides, a typical stereotype of geeks or nerds are pale, and built with skin and bones, not saying you are one though. It's not rare to be thin while doing nothing and it's not rare to find active people out of the thousands that go here. But I do agree that people who do 1,000 sit ups is a bit unbelievable. Not to mention dumb.

New terrorist plot found out....
Nope. Actually, no. I think of you as the average tourist with the huge hiking bags and khaki shorts. The average Hawaiian t-shirt wearing tourists with fat bellies don't really tour, they just build mansions by the beach. If you think Philippines is an extremely poor country, I'd hate what you'd think of countries like Laos and Ethiopia. And I don't hate the circumstances in the Philippines. I actually love it, but I just know the facts about the country.

New terrorist plot found out....
Oy, I... I don't even know where to start man. If you called my post stupid, then your post is a first class ignorant post. I still can't get over how you tried to lecture me how third world countries work... seriously. Whoop-dee-do, you toured a bunch of countries and you're telling me that they live a better life? I'm gonna spare you a bit, I know you tourist types. You think it's cute how people there live their life like that, don't you? And the best part was how you said "You probably have never ever been to a poorer country." That was... pure gold. Unlike you, I was born and lived twelve years of my life in a third world country. My life was decent in the Philippines. It was great actually. I wouldn't change my childhood for anything. My dad was an engineer for a cement corp. and my mom didn't even need to work. The only reason why my parents wanted to leave the Philippines was because for me and my siblings' future. Just because my life was decent doesn't mean that I was blind from the country's problem. I was lucky to live my life as I did, the majority isn't as lucky. If you get a serious disease, you're dead. During New Year's Eve, thousands are in hospitals with decapitated bodies due to fireworks. Corruption filled the government and the police force. People hold up groceries that's worth nothing. Landslide? Wait for a few days til the government does something, for now, use your hands to find the dead bodies. Young girls get molested and more than half of the cases are never even reported. Middle class and upper class people? When someone gets sick, you know what happens? They fly to the US to get treatment. People drink water that's probably as dirty as a toilet. People live in houses made up of plywood. Women? You can get them for something worth 10 dollars. AIDS? If you live here, you can get help from the government. In a third world country, do you think there's something like a health care even exist? Organizations such as the red cross help, but not enough. Need glasses? Good luck. Braces? LOL Enough of the news. How about personal experience? The lady that used to be our maid had 5 children in total. The first two died from malaria. You know what they did when their kid had malaria? Hopsital right? Woops, no can't do. Too expensive. An old guy with a towel in his head and some herbs will have to do. I was lucky, I never had to experience that because when a family member gets sick, the company that my dad works for foots the bill. Heck, my sister was able to occupy the top class room in one of the best hospital in the whole province once just because she had a simple skin irritation. None of us ever experienced having to share a hospital room with anyone. No fee for us. But unfortunately, the majority doesn't have that kind of option. A huge majority doesn't have that option. You want decent education? Pay up for it and you get a school similar to public school in the US or Canada. You don't even want to see what a public school there looks like. If you lived in a third world country for as long as I have and watched the news there as often as I have, then you wouldn't think it's great to live there. Or if you've personally met people there and understood their positions in life, you wouldn't think that it's great living there. These kind of things are broadcasted on the news daily. And the funny thing is, of 3rd world countries, Philippines is actually decent compared to others. I don't even want to imagine what the hell happens to countries worse than that. You lived a sheltered life, I didn't.

Forgive and Forget?
One of my best friends pissed me off a few years ago. Didn't talk to him for months til the school year was over. I can hold a grudge for a long time, but it always depends on the incident. I can also forgive within a few hours. Forgetting is the same, it depends on the incident.

Exercise... Yes Exercise...
I go swimming (just got back from the pool too), biking, and jogging (goal this summer is to be able to run 10km non-stop, so far I'm at 7km). My abs aren't really getting more defined, but my thighs are getting bigger, though the left one is bigger than the right one ugh. Losing fat is the best way to have abs. There's no point in having major muscles if you have fat covering it. Once you lose that fat, then you can concentrate on working on your muscles. Make a diet, get rid of the softdrinks, sweets, etc. Oh, and from what I've read and heard, if you drink black coffee before working out helps. Caffeine helps your body to use fat instead of sugar for energy. Calories in, Calories out Also, if you have a gym at school, they tend to be a lot cheaper (or free) than actual gyms. I'm paying the fee this coming school year so I can use it after school.

Self-edited. Figured someone's bound to whine again.

Fate Vs. Chaos
Personally, discovering why things happen in life is one of the things at the bottom of my priority list. Enjoy life as it is. There's so much things to do as it is without troubling yourself figuring out why things happen. Though I'd like to believe that love in the end is destiny. Two people were made for each other, but it's up to them to make it happen. Confusing for me as it is, so I don't wanna talk about it.

Getting Into College
I'm involved in one school team and that's that. And the good thing is, our meetings happen during school hours. So we don't have to stay after school for them :D I'm one of the ranking people on it too 8-)

Do you believe in magic?
By magic as in magic tricks? No. By real magic, I don't know. If it does exist, it's plausible for people to keep it a secret. How else can you keep a secret forever unless it's by a secret-binding spell?

Favorite shoe brand/style.
I've had Sketchers before. Looks awesome, but the quality is mediocre. They didn't even last me a year cause the sole started to fall off. I used to have a pair of black Converse that I got 6 years ago and the soles have barely worn off. Too bad my feet got too big for them though. My favourites vary for whatever I do. When running, I have a pair of Adidas training shoes. For a bit more casual stuff, I have a pair of Columbia's black hiking shoes. My choice on shoes differs on what I'm gonna use them for or what I'm wearing.

Best Day of Summer Vacation '06
Mine was Saturday :D Went camping for 3 days and it was pretty awesome. The first of August was amazing too, can't say exactly what happened though. You see her once a month? He posted one in the DW forums. It wasn't exactly straight :P
