Bush sneaks in a ban on online gambling with new bill
I know you don't like Bush, or Americans, but like others said, he didn't sneak it in. The act had to pass congress first - and it did, long before Bush signed it. Oh, and like rick` said, online gambling was always illegal since they're not licensed jurisdictions.

Friday The 13th! BE AFRAID, BE VERY AFRAID!
Friday the 135h be damned. I had an awesome day today :D The only drawback was that the technician supposed to fix the Internets didn't come.

Most Crazy Thing You've Done At School?
Unfortunately, the 'craziest' one is going to get deleted. Although, the 'crazier' memory that I've had recently was a few months ago when I was doing art work in the school's business department (hate going to the basement for art). I was carving some linoleum for printmaking and I accidentally pushed too hard and the carving knife went straight to my right index finger. It didn't really hurt, but it BLED like crazy. Blood was dripping from my finger on the way to the washroom and even when I was washing my finger with water, the bleeding just won't stop! I was in a stall bandaging my finger with paper towels (didn't want to go to the office because I didn't want too much fuss over it). I ended splattering quite a bit of blood there. Not to mention the desk I was working at in the beginning.

First snow?
Gosh yeah, I felt it when I was about 8 minutes away from home. First it was so windy, then I thought it started to hail because it wasn't exactly fluffy. But yeah, it snowed. Winter, winter go away? Come again another day! Man, I hate winter. My skin dries up and my hands and ears starts to hurt. Not to mention the heavy-thick jacket and hiking boots :(

Finally, the way James Bond was meant to be seen...
Lol, isn't xXx white in the first place?

What movie(s) did you last see?
Saw the Lake House yesterday. I enjoyed it because I watched it with someone. I don't even want to imagine watching that movie by myself.

Careful driving does NOT pay off...
Bad example. That lawsuit is actually reasonable. :)

Afirmative Action
I read an article about that yesterday, and just wow. Anyway, I understand how affirmative action can be positive, but I agree that it's just backwards racism. If governments really want to compensate for what happened in the past, they should just forget the whole race categorization in the beginning. Discrimination is discrimination no matter how people twist and turn it. It's not just for ethnicities either. It goes for sex as well. IIRC, there was an issue were some corporations were forced to include women in their boards. That's ridiculous because not every company will have women experienced enough for the job.

Women outnumber men in online games, survey finds...
Useless. They probably include people who play MSN Games, Yahoo Games, Online Chess, etc.

Yes... that is why I suggested the automated options. If people care enough, they can inquire the mod instead of feeling left out in the blue. @azntemplar, some not all.

PS3
I don't think it's uncommon for products to be launched late in Europe, so they should be used to it by now. One of the reasons that I don't think that there won't be as much outrageous prices on Ebay this year is because of the availability of X360 as well as the Wii. Although some PS3 fanatics are crazy about it so the 2-3k range isn't an impossibility...

attn: Canuck gamers
Woo, almost the exact same situation actually. I got the X-2 for a friend and suppose to give it tomorrow so I don't want to screw it up by giving her the French version. I checked the other Greatest Hits Titles and it was the only one with that sort of label so I got worried. Thanks! :)

attn: Canuck gamers
When a game says "Francais" and the Canadian flag in the upper right corner of the back cover, is it bilingual or just all out Frenchie? It's a Greatest Hits PS2 that I got in Best Buy if it helps.

I know some mods rub the rules at people's faces all the time to regulate the forums, but can we have something to regulate the mods as well? 1. If a mod was to edit an individual's post, his name should be edited in; or at the least, trigger the message: "This post was last edited by.." 2. If a mod was to delete an individual's post, the mod should post in the same topic or PM the individual and claim the deletion. Or just have an automated system that sends a message with the moderator's name. I'm all for reinforcing the rules, but can we stop the whole ghost modding?

Is it nessesary to be mean?
Debates aren't bad (probably one of the reasons why I like going to forums), but when you have some personal attacks and just posting for the sole reason of annoying everyone, that's when it just gets lame. And yes, some people do tend to try to use uncommon words to sound smart. I don't know if they think they're fooling everyone, but it just sounds like they just go to thesaurus.com and use the rarest word they can find. It is very, how do we say, caustic.

South Park - Make love, not warcraft (won an Emmy)
So FUNNY. My favourite part that I almost spit out was when Cartman was telling Clive to shoot with his bow and there was a shot of Clive looking at a Playboy magazine. I can't remember the exact quote, but another gold was when Butters admitted to playing a different game during the meeting. @Nad: dailymotion[.]com search for the episode there.

Who used to see Runesmithie as a girl?
How old do you think I am? I was going to say around 22. But something had told me 31. Nah... I'm not quite 30 yet. 2 more years! :P No way. You barely look above 18 from what I've seen.

Who used to see Runesmithie as a girl?
:o What the heck!? Who is the girl wearing the bikini in the pictures you sent me then!?

The abortion debate
I know being what I am should make me against abortion, but man, I've known some people that should've been aborted.

Could you take anothre person's life?
Depending on the situation, yes, I can kill someone. I didn't have being a detective as one of my dream jobs for nothing :P

Not your average favourite cartoon topic!
I followed the "He-Man and the Masters of the Universe" since it was before Xmen Evolution before :) Those Saturday mornings were nice... now they're made of Viva Pinata or Shuriken School :uhh:

Marshmellow fluff!
The only time I like marshmallows is if they're in my hot chocolate or when I'm toasting them over a fire.
