No. I didn't buy my party hat for it to become an investment, though it is one. I bought it because it symbolizes wealth, which in turn gets respect in the game. And how does that saying fit in now? I know for a fact that a party hat can get to the 40 mil range. Counting my chickens after they hatched is the more proper way to say it.
