I must contest Runesmithie, I have the best job ever. What is this job that could beat taking pictures of polo? How is that possible? Well im here to tell you it is, I work at a chinese food restrant, and I can tell you from first hand experiance, it is the best job in the world. You may not understand why i say this, simply enough it is awesome. I work will all chinese people including a chef who i barley can understand, his wife who is a sweetheart, and his mother, who is about 4 foot and speaks no english what-so-ever. I can already tell your jelious. What does my job consist of? Anything from cooking food to scraping scum off the bottom of machines. I do everything. Now thats enough right there to get this job into the top 10 of course, but there is more, did i mention the big screen tv that the chef has in his kitchen? Yes there is a large tv in the chefs small kitchen where we often watches shows like everybody loves raymon, seinfield, and almost everyday a redsox game. Now thats cool yea? but they also feel the need to be extra cool and own two pool tables, a pinball machine, and a classic mortal combat game. Yes i have played him at pool a number of times, while i was getting paid, and yes i did get my butt kicked pretty bad. NOW you have to agree with me, this is the best job in the world. There is so much more to tell about, but so little time. So i leave you with this: You may have a great job with your polo and all, you might make a ton more cash than me, and you might get more oppertunites than me, but i still have the best job in the world and ill defened this forever!

I've been working with a few skinning applications, and I was wonding if any graphic artists here would be interested in helping me make these skins. The ones before were just for testing to see if i could do them, these will acually be for show. We could make a deviantart group for this. But basically I need the interest of a graphic artist or two that would be good at alot of pixel work, and menus. I dont need abstract artists, or brush artists, just menu artists. If your interested please POST!

I spent like 10 minutes looking thru the topic b4 i posted (load times mostly :cry: ) I love, how you say that "the people that put more time in (hard workers) get more money, because its better quality" then you say "I looked at a few posts before this for 10 minutes" well we here, we think something along the same lines, the more time you put into your post, the better it will be, the less time you put into it, the worse it will be. So a post by someone who read each post carefully and maybe did some googleing, may be very imformative, and a good clear post. Were a post from someone who saw the topic, read a few lines, then posted, may be very ill advised and assume alot of things that are wrong. Does anyone else think this is a bit, ironic? Just my opinion![/b]

I think some oe greats where Kephuis (worm), Huang, Idpupf th, ttia, Witty Fool, DromarUk, and GreatsilverWyrm these guys ran the board back when i was active, and alot of them are good freinds who I still am in contact with. I dont know if some of you can make better sigs than they can but they where always on the top of my list. I dont know if anyone else remembers them.

I need a header for a new site im making. It has a black background. I need a vector, kinda mascot for it. I had an idea someone can work off of. http://www.siknik.com/uploads/unruled.jpg thats my idea for a mascott. It would spell out "UnRuled" in kinda flowing childish font, think anyone can do it? I would appericate it alot. Also, dont confuse "vector" with pixel art. As wonderful as those pixel sigs are i would rather a non-pixalated vector. Thanks for oyur time. Please PM me if interested.

First of all to say, i wont pay you rs money, unless you do a spectacualar job then i may pay you a tip. now heres the post, I tried to make a layout for my personal site siknik.com yet while i was developing it i came appon a delema, i suck at graphics/layouts so not knowing what i was gonna do i decided i would come here to see if any artists were interested in tackleing this project. its a simplistic page, not much abstract needed, or fansey metalic looking objects. its more of a vector enviorment. it will be a little bit of a challange, yet it will probly prove worthy in the end. i have a psd file at http://www.siknik.com/layout.psd . it has some notes on it, if you accept, use your mind, i like some abstract thinking (not these so called "3d abstract art") any color scheme will do, rather have it some lame looking darker colors though. thank you for your time, and if you take the time to work on it good luck :D ps. read the notes

hmmm.. well im sure none of you know me.. but i have some crisitsum.. first thing.. your a bit cocky poster.. you seem to describe yourself as a person know knows everything.. yet im sure you dont, have you use maya, 3dsmax, photoshop, dreamweaver, fireworks, flash mx, ect... im sure you havent mastered all of those.. and i think its a bit cocky to post about yourself you should have just left nothing "this dude" being yourself shouldnt be able to rate yourself.. if soemone else said that about you, feel free to post it and cite them.
