Can't do transparency in Paint, I don't think. Paint.NET does though.

Delete the background and save as a transparency-compatible format... E.G GIF.

That's probably programmed chat... Sometimes your character says things as a trigger of an action... Not by you typing. They don't always appear in the chat box. E.G During quests, or drinking a cup of tea.

Don't say ImageReady. Bia wants this to animate his avvy, because when I try to put the blue Phat in it turns dark purple. I tried time after time to get it right, but in vein. So now he's trying to find an animator for himself so he can try add it in.
