I'm thinking of starting a Graphics Questions thread... Basically a few volunteers and I will answer questions that people need answering... Since we see a lot of these 'How do I...' Just small questions and tasks. If anyone has any ideas to improve this, or views on why I should/n't do this, please say. Also, any volunteers please say too - There'll be a few categories for workers... PS, GIMP, Pixel and a few others.

It's a good sig. But the guy who made it is the problem. He took an image of google or who knows where... And cut a bit out, stuck on some text on a border, and then implies he made it solely in paint.

No. He meant he used soft brushes from PhotoShop to create a brushed pixel. There is such thing, and that is one. By soft brushes I mean default round brushes.
