It looks nothing like RuneScape... So I hope that's not what you were trying to achieve... That's old too... Old fally... Take a look at RS Fires if you want it to be Realisitc (RS-wise). The top of the lightning is ok, but I don't like the bottom. Also, the staff +head really don't fit. Nice try though, keep trying. :)

Peh... I used to use PDN but the things you can do on it are very limited. Good if you like simplicity, though. I reccomend getting a better image editing program, such as PaintShop Pro, or Adobe PhotoShop if you can afford it (Try searacing eBay for Photoshop7.0 should be reasonably cheap)

It looks like it just kinda... Fell out of the 60s.... o_O Don't really like it, but that's probably the colours; if you used silvery metallic colours I think I'd like it better... Anyway... Congratulations on finishing something. :lol:
