  1. i would definitely say either mining or smithing. unless, of course, you want something that would help your other skills- then i would say lvl up your rcing to 44 and craft nats. great pay, and you could use the money to buy runes to get to lvl 55 magic, and then just high alch stuff from there
  2. so, shortbows give better exp?
  3. what exactly is the difference? ive always though that longbows just looked cooler 8-) , but whats the deal?
  4. im not sure, but i think that rapid would be better, simply because its, well, rapid. more arrows fired=more exp (please excuse me if im wrong, but thats just my logic)
  5. just a question...but i had really low health to begin with at the dark wizards, and then even when i had full basic ranging gear on, (and i have 45 defence, and 44 magic), they kept getting 3's and 6's on me..whats the deal?
  6. that would work, but you wouldnt get any drops
  7. thanks for the help..since i already have 45 defence, ill probably go with the dark wizards or minotaurs, but about how many arrows should i buy?
  8. powermine at southeast varrock mine (best place for f2p, dunno about p2p). Just advertise in mining section of the forum, and people will be there to take that pesky old iron off your hands :
  9. well...even as a member...that will take a lloooonggg time...but thats just me :P EDIT: not to be too discouraging or anything....
  10. just wondering...i really want to wear the green dhide, and ive been meaning to get my ranging up for a long time. So, suggestions? (btw...i already have a willow longbow and a very short supply of some bronze and iron arrows...i also kind of want a way that wouldn't be too expensive, ya know?)
  11. darn... oh well, ty for the help...back to smelting iron with a 50/50 chance
  12. This may be a stupid non-members question, and even though I know members stuff is supposed to be members-only, and so on...but here goes: Im f2p, but lets say i were, to, maybe, buy some rings of forging, would i be able to use them? ...I don't think i would, but its worth a double-check.
  13. this is a really obvious, why-didnt-i-think-of-this, idea....and i absolutely love it...support earned many times over   \
  14. all right thanks guys
  15. i know theres rune running there, but can someone explain this to me more. (I'm f2p and never really read about it.)
  16. I am not a dedicated crafter, but I do use the crafting guild often. There are few problems with the crafting guild. Not game-wrecking things, but little things that diminish the importance of it greatly. Here they are: 1. Bank: Every other f2p guild that would have any need for a bank (Mining, etc.) is fairly close to a bank. Going to the Fally bank and back is a pain each time I fill up my inventory. I think if we put in a bank deposit box in there (you know, those useless-seeming things in the corner of a bank?). It would help greatly, and would make the Crafting Guild a much more important spot, instead of an out-of-the-way mine. 2. Sheep: Wool is a quick fix to get a few crafting exp. points. But there are no sheep in the Crafting Guild. A few sheep alongside the cows would be very helpful. 3. Spinning wheel: In addition to the sheep, a spinning wheel would be greatly helpful. It could be put in the middle of the chairs in the circular part of the first floor. None of these things are gravely important, but they would make the Crafting Guild a much more important place for crafters. :( :( [mod 10/11: thanks for requesting a move from website discussion to the correct forum - it's appreciated.]
  17. Foxytunes is like a remote control for your media player, and is really compact, so I would recommend that. Of course, I don't use it that often, cause I bought an iHome a while back
  18. prayer is sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo boring
  19. keep up the blog its really interesting and original (unlike my post, i know ) good luck on rull rune
  20. does anyone know the best way to get it? (i.e. mining, woodcutting, etc.)
