Also happens when you go to make pouches when your summoning is drained. "You don't have the requirement to make [blah]". Somewhat frustrating At least you can just recharge summoning right at the obelisk.

Lol'd. Back on topic, I haven't done a festive event in years, and despite the free 200k hunter xp, I can't see myself doing this either. This is definitely a step up from recycled penguin hunt d&d's though. Glad to see Jagex returning to there seasonal quest events. If you can call this a quest. It was literally just go to 4 places, click on something, go back to start point, click 4 more times, talk to the imp and quest complete.

If you fail the mission, can you get it again? I sorta assumed yes and threw my crew into it with like a 60% success rate. It worked so all is well, but that was probably a really dumb thing to do.

Picked up SGWD recently (although with EoC, that really isn't saying very much) and decided to vid the beginning of my third trip. I'm really getting the hang of EoC combat, although my auto-attack/ability timing can still use work. In any case, I'm using them well enough to passably kill bosses efficiently and quickly. I was told to charge into SGWD with a shield for rejuvenate and the defense, but looking back on the trip after it was over, I doubt I really REALLY needed the shield and could've done just switching to it two or three times over the course of the hour. Absolutely does, unless the resources needed to recruit that member would mean denying yourself a ship upgrade, which are far more useful than the crew upgrade.

In 3 days, not a single Eastern Guide has appeared to me. Yet I've managed to recruit 5 Eastern Musketeers and Bannermen, on top of 2 Overseers. That includes many more recruits that I turned down. This happen to anyone else? It's making those seafaring missions incredibly hard having to rely on 1 siren and 4 catherby fishermen...
