No need for a guide. It's very simple. Lightweight defensive gear. Use all pouches, familiar debatable. Also bring a large stack of air runes. Cast Ourania Teleport. Pray at altar if necessary. Enter dungeon. Bank at Eniola, pay with Air Runes. Fill all pouches in the bank interface. Drink Super Energy pots/Eat in bank interface if necessary. Click south. Pray range. Follow the short path to the altar. Craft all your ess. Cast NPC Contact or Pouch Repair at this point if necessary. Repeat until you want to kill yourself or you get your level. Runs should be about 60 seconds with 4 pouches/no familiar, so maybe 55 seconds or so with only 3 pouches, no familiar. Adding a familiar adds about 7 seconds to your runs.

Combo runes are faster at your level, although you'd need 6 more magic levels. If you're willing to level up magic beforehand, that's an option.

Was in a s/l yesterday where the leech filled the entire HT with hunter traps. Proceeded to fill the boss room with it too (while the boss was alive, was Flesh). But then the keyed got 6 hour'd and we had to find all the keys in the sea of traps LOL. Took [bleep]ing forever In another one the guy fished and cooked food, dropped it all at base. <3
