In my pure account i have climbing boots, when i try to wear them it says "the sherpa's feet must be very small, I can't get them on". Why is that? do i need a certain defence lvl? or do i need to do the quest death plateu :?: please help

everytime i run my windows media player or try updating my computer, it stops and everthing turns to classic mode and my sound goes off. Does anyone know why? If you do can you help me, please! I really do need it, im not all good at computers :wall:
