Oh, and since I sometimes forget about production, I'm just going to say that Germania is producing 25 MAASs a year, plus 30 Scorpions. The research into a plant that can grow in tundra environments is complete (this was not a Haven project), and with it Antarctica is now colonizable. 30,000 new colonists have been sent to Antarctica to set up its first city. If anyone would like to buy the seeds for these plants, let me know. They take a special facility and process to make, so you can't just crack 'em open and say, "Hey! That's how we make them!" and nullify 8 years of research.
