You're moving pretty quick for an extremely new country, y'know? Maybe slow it down a bit and try to pay off the massive debt you've incurred buying spaceships and weapons and raising 4 million armed forces personnel.

Over my cold, slightly wounded and repaired quickly due to medgel advances, hands! Relax it would appear that only findenland really wants to attack your capitol (I wouldn't mind doing it but im way to lazy to try to blast my way through russia) though I would remind you that tactics can be created to combat that sort of hit and run attack its called baiting them out ;) My troops have orders not to attack other then small guerilla attacks on supply convoys. I'm fighting a purely defensive war, as like I said, I don't really want anymore land.

Hey i never raised an Uber army in a year though I am starting a draft in my countries also my HAW's have small hydroponics labs in them so while it doesnt take all of the cost out it does take some of it also you may wanna rethink the sending of you MAAS's into afro germania because in case you havent heard I have 4 aircraft carriers in the atlantic Ohh and we are building submarines and doubling the HAW production per year Finally the space program should be done in 3 years I was talking about Latino raising 100 million men and having them already be fully trained. Sorry for being too passive-agressive. And the MAASs are more of a threat to your carrier group's planes then your carriers are to them. The MAASs and land-based moveable anti-aircraft systems. Aka: Except the top arms are fitted with SAM missile launchers that lock on to either heat or electronic signatures in planes. Yes except i have roughly 10 planes for every MAAS you have in africa so lets see how that works out :ohnoes: Hehe. Those are just the mobile platforms I just moved there. I still have my static systems all over the place (SAM batteries, AA platforms, etc). The MAASs main purpose is to provide support to defending or attacking forces, so they'll hide somewhere, wait for enemy planes to attack my troops, then bust out of hiding and send a few dozen missiles towards the enemy planes, and move before the planes can come around for another pass and take them out. Basically it confers all the advantage of static anti-air systems, at an increased cost and an extreme vulnerability to enemy ground forces. But they're not meant to tangle it up with ground forces, as that would be a waste of money. [/hide] Yeah but it looks like those things could be taken down be a regular tank :P A tank could take it out, yes. But they shouldn't be anywhere within range of enemy tanks. True. But the tricky part will come once you've advanced into Germanian controlled Africa.

Alright, but we have to take in all the factors of war into this. I mean, keeping an army that size supplied from Japan or Malaysia is going to run a huge long supply train, and eat up a lot of funds, so just remember that. I obviously have a huge advantage, as my supplies will be travelling through land controlled by me, so I guess that's why so many people have been ignoring that fact, idk. Germania is starting a new project that will be modification to one of the design changes of its exosuits. A while back I stated that I had integrated a medical interface into the suits, to allow for quicker battlefield wound diagnostic. An improvement on that is currently being worked on to allow automatic application of medgel to treat wounds as soon (or near as soon) as they're inflicted on the battlefield. Germania is now sending more reinforcements to Africa-Germana, as well as 100 MAASs (around 80% of the ones I have), and 50 scorpions (mobile heavy artillery situated on a tank pretty much). The Empire is now at full war-time production, launching production capacity to around 250% of peace-time prouction. The first arms shipments have arrived, and my conscripts are being equipped (they're using weapons from 2009-2010, so I'm not raising an uber army in a year like some other people - they're primarily for home defense, eg. glorified urban militias). Germania has also started R&D into improving our fighter-interceptors, with new designs that should be ready in 3 years, and updating started in 4. Our interceptors will now be known as FLINTs - Fighter (Light) Interceptors, so I don't have to type out fighter-interceptor every time lol.

Germania is blasting this song in all its cities: [yt]ovXNRYeupfE[/yt] And Germania's official military tune is now this: [yt]AY24q0r5x00[/yt] Agree wholeheartedly. As long as realistic casaulties are taken on both sides (eg, not like Hedgehog losing only 300 troops in taking Berlin lol), then I think we can have a big ol' fight in Africa. Though it's a lot of land to cover, and idk if Aether will like you losing so many of his drones.

If a new player comes in, I might be willing to cede one of my countries to them. I don't think having them be a "captain" for an active player is really all that fair, as it could tie them to someone they don't like, or an alliance they don't care for. All they need to do is come in and ask if they could have x country, and if it's mine I'll talk to them and see if we can work out a deal. This is probably bad for me, though, as most people will want a European country (judging by the demographic of this forum). But, whatever.

and I quote from link: viewtopic.php?p=6844237#p6844237 This is all you posted and you expect me to take your air defense system seriously? All because you worked on it for 7 years? There's so much missing details, it's not even funny. But go ahead and make it crazy and give me a rough idea, I'll just make my J-XX and my newer Raptors better. That's not my air defense system. My air defense system is my AA/SAM sits and my MAASs scattered across Germania in strategic positions. And that was the first post to do with my fighter-interceptors, I'm sure you could find more ;)

Where are they invading? I'm ignoring his posts because they don't make any [bleep]ing sense. No, I'm not saying that. I'm saying that they'll take heavy losses going against my air defense system, but Latino seems to think that because they're the best fighters now (2009 irl), that they're unstopable in the game world. I spent somewhere around 7 years developing my fighter-interceptor. Not to mention I've posted about at least two dozen times. If you want proof, just search the thread for the word "fighter-interceptor". Alright, so update on the war: No invasion in Africa, idk why, but Jerusalem hasn't moved in with ground forces. Not much activity except for minor skirmishes. Europe: Not much going on here, hedgehog is doing Gods know what, I don't reall care since he's not that much of a threat to me. 3 million Malaysians are attacking somewhere, Africa I guess, since they can't get to Europe without going through Russia. My men have been ordered to retreat and adopt a scorched Earth policy should any heavy assault on Germanian lines take place. Reinforcements have been sent to Africa, as it looks like the heaviest fighting will take place there. My men near Luxembourg's territory have been given orders not to attack Lux, as I think Rpg has taken enough losses at the hands of Germania for the thread.

Me and Doom? Your planes are outdated, quit getting so pissy about it. Did you seriously just dismiss the past two pages that explained why your jets wouldn't be effective?

Hegemony-V2 begins page 302
Not so fast. If you're doing it through diplomatic measures it'll take you 3 years or so. If it's through military, it'll take 1-2 years, and then another 3 or so to stabilize the country. Also, don't ever post that map as a jpg.

You'll probably get scramble offers for buying them. Might be worthwhile to mention some sort of anti-tampering device, so you can retain a monopoly on them. Should probably write down all the names as well, cause I know I'd just end up forgetting them.

What? Okay I might give you Eurofighters (as Britain, Italy, Spain, and Greece use them) but hell no to Raptors. Please explain which country used a Raptor F-22 against you before now. I'll love to hear who's been using a fake Raptor. You do realize I took over Europe through military conquest, right? You're saying not one of those countries had a single F22? Btw, in the present day, we would probably be at F64s or something, if anyone other then me, Brazil, and Norway had actually invested any money into updating their air forces.

Thailand. And yes, white land is claimable, but you either have to gain it through diplomatic process or conquest.
-
Hegemony-V2 begins page 302
Because he obviously test the "highly advanced interceptor planes" against both fighter jets right? I can simply say the Raptors can still beat his system. As no test were conducted. He has no clue what Raptor F-22 really do against this system, as I've never fought him and he doesn't even have them. They've been used in every war I've been into, everything from WW3 and beyond. So yes, they've been tested against Eurofighters and Raptors. His "advanced air defense system." I'm the only one who's made a concentrated effort to build anti-air defenses, so yes, I have the most advanced system in the world. Not to mention my MAASs (Mobile Anti Air Systems).

LMAO at thinking 40 year old fighters can stand against my air defense system. It would be like a country in todays world sending WW2 planes into combat. You don't have drones ;) And I truly hope Hedgehog wasn't the mastermind of this whole alliance/war thing, because if he is, you guys are in dire straits. Germania has started a secret project for the development of new type of bomb. That's all the details for now. R&D is expected to be complete in 7-8 years.

Since you didn't bother to post my reply, I'll do that for you ;) I only wrote 1 reply to the 5 or so messages you sent me, since they were all just completely ridiculous strategies that would never work IRL. This was my response: [hide=] [/hide]

I've already told him I'm just going to ignore all his posts if he doesn't stick to some semblance of realism. He's been sending me a slew of idiotic messages saying how he's toppled my government and my empire is in anarchy or some other such stupidity. Findenland poses no threat to Germania, considering his military consists of really nothing other then a mass of militia troops. You do know that Germania spans across 3 different continents, right? Cute. Except you've already stated you've been attacking my land with ground troops. An attack with only your air force is pointless, considering they'd just be destroyed by my SAM and AA sites. Oh really? Let's see the post where you started this research. A hangar, and a ship you paid $100b for.

I'm fine with that, but it kind of negates all the money I've poured into research. Why can't we just build something like this, instead of just finding it derelict in the galaxy? I think 5 hubs is way more then should be. 3 would be my suggestion.
