  1. I'm talking about the bare bone part of Runescape. You have to grind it out to get good at things. Sure, friends help while you're training because they cut down on the boredness, but I'm also talking about the simplicity of everything. Click a tree, wait for it to dissapear. Click it when it pops back up, and repeat. Yes, in F2P it is infact harder to kill your opponent in two to three attacks, but most people do not enjoy F2P player killing simply because of the lack of items. Welcome to the world of MMORPGs!!! Look at every other one out there. Sure they may have better graphics, but the heart of all MMORPGs is clicking, waiting, and grinding.
  2. I too fell in love with this game and after some rocky waters, I'm back and I think for good. I can't pull myself away. =P
  3. LOL you cutted your song out :XD: it sacked tbh :-$ Thank you for the kind words of encourgement. Actually, I couldn't understand whatever it was you said, but I'll assume it was nice. :D
  4. Yeah. Unless you're range is better you won't be able to kill dragons efficently. Ogres, Jorges, and Hill Giants would be a great choice though.
  5. This is either going to get a lot of good replies or be set on fire... >.< I stink at this kind of thing and won't even try again. =P
  6. 1. By doing the achievement diary tasks. A guide for them can be found here. 2. Not too sure. :-k
  7. That is an opinion my friend, I feel non-combat skills are more important. I'd still go combat skills first though, just so your level is nice and high and because fishing bores the geebuz out of me.
  8. Keep trying, you may have just done something wrong. If you really can't get in, do some virus scans just to ensure you have no keyloggers. And try your recovery questions, they take a a bit to change (I think a week, but I could be wrong).
  9. Remember that 0 is a height. I forgot that and took me awhile... if you still can't get it then use home tele to get out and get yourself a lockpick.
  10. Close the browser and try again. If that doesn't work it's time to try restarting the computer.
  11. They could have just been desperate, but to my knowledge they are still 35 gp each usually.
  12. Pretty good, most people that would use this tactic are already aware of it tough. If you add some pictures of the area, equipement, and inventory to make it overall better to look at this guide would be much better. For now I wanna say 4/10. Good job on a first guide though.
  13. I'd try unequipping everything and then the GreeGree, other than that I can't think of anything? Log out and try again? If all else fails, check a final guide before entering a bug report.
  14. Farming tops out at 83, too. Ah the power of spirit trees. Hellhounds are all fun and games, but a steel dragon chest guard is always a tiny bit more dangerous.
  15. I think it is safe to say that Bard will never come out, but if it does it would be nothing like a real Barding experience and would be interesting to see it pulled off effectively. I still doubt it though. :-k
  16. I don't think so. All the altars have mini maps to them. :-k
  17. This was noticed awhile ago, but lately for updates the image has been a squirrel with a crossbow? What could be in store?!?! :ohnoes:
  18. I don't understand what this post is about? Can someone explain it a bit more? :D
  19. I'll have to completely disagree with you there. Farming has a lot to be added on to. Livestock farming is coming, I just don't know why it hasn't yet or when it will. Construction is one of those skills that's going to have tons of updates to it, but slowly. A lot of programing and work has to go into PoHs and I'm expecting great things to come. Just have to wait and see. Hunter wasn't meant as a money maker. Jagex put it there as an enjoyable skill with more benefits for the player itself than to make money. It doesn't need a LOT of work, but it could use some more updates to get us some cooler stuff. I'm in love with my spottier capes, gloves of silence, and rabbit's foot. Impling hunting is the closest we may get to making money through hunter, and that's the way it was designed. That's just want I think. :D You do make some good points though, and I hope this can be a mature conversation and not turn into flamefest '07. :-k :shame:
  20. Why have you started to make Runescape appeal more to children that use this as a fad, when you should make this more appealable to adults who will stick with it and pay for years? I want an answer!! I'm waiting!!! :wall:
  21. Okay. Good luck mate.
  22. Nope, there's the night shade (which you can get from cave in watch tower quest), rock cakes, the explosive liquid, poison chalices (not accurate at all and mostly heal you), and using bugs in dark caves to do the job.
  23. Even if there is an offical world, I've found monkfishers to be a quiet bunch for the most part. Plus, less people the more fish you get. My advice is to just fish in the Tip.It Clan Chat (Join "tipitchat" to get to it) and just talk there as you fish.
  24. I believe so, I'm pretty sure Jagex wouldn't do something like that. They worked on construction too long to make something like that. >.
