Depends on your outfit. Green Mask + Frog Prince outfit = Skull Sceptre. (Green Demon Prince) Green Mask + Green Dragonhide (trimmed or normal) = Skull Sceptre. (Green Demon) Green Mask + Guthix Rune Armour = Rune Scimitar. (Demonic Warrior) Overall I'd go with Skull Sceptre (completes the whole green demon look)
