Wow, that is insane they would charge a guy for helping a woman that was being raped. How on earth did junk like that become law in the first place? Thing is if excess force was used, it would be classed as assualt. Really makes you want to cry at the state of the law. Even though someone broke the law, you can still charge people with breaking the law, even if they were trying to prevent your crime.

That is total bullcrap(the law, not your statement ;-) ). You guys need to change your laws. That's ridiculous if you hurt someone coming in your house to possibly injure or harm you that if you hurt them in a struggle more than they get hurt you can go to jail. Well if they were armed I believe you can do whatever is in your power to stop them from seriously injuring someone. Unfortunately this isn't like America where if a man breaks into your house, almost anything is legal if you are under threat. Yeah its stupid. Its also what stops some people from helping in the case of rape. Basically if you help by hurting the attacker too much, despite it being an act of heroism, you can still be charged by the person who was commiting the rape. However there was a group who wanted to change that and protect these step in heroes, don't know if they have been successful or not.

Do you really think that if the FBI is doing an investigation, a couple of nerds running a forum are going to stop them? and yes they would have the right to seize our ips if we were an apparent threat. Anyway in order to get our ips, they would need to contact a forum admin in real life, which means tracking him or her down. I mean I could claim to be a FBI agent over the internet, anyone could. Which is why the admins would not give away ips over the internet without permission from the user.

If you hurt them more than they hurt you, they can bring up assualt charges. Basically if they hurt you in any way, restrain them with less force and you are safe from the law. Although it is quite a grey area if there is a weapon involved.

I didn't insult anyone. To Alex that was a question. Oh here comes the quotes. Calling another person stupid due to not being able to use english properly although acknowledging they are from another country. Rhetorical Question meant to insult. how to completely miss the point of a game in 7 minutes and 30 seconds. Speed Runs take you through the game as fast as possible. Point is you will miss most of the game. Anyway I try do Speed Runs on both THUG games. Current Records: THUG: ~45 Mins on Easy (its quite long) THUG2: 1 Hour on Normal, on a run so far 30 mins and I'm in Aus.

It doesn't fit her not to be driving with or without a license. Her personality screams do whatever she wants to, be a bad girl or whatever. Having no license shouldn't stop her specifically.
