dds is the old term for ddp++. (p++) being super poisoned. get a fairly high agility the bonus of recovering energy way faster. like everyone else said, get 70's across the board for barrows/whip, and get a nice con lvl for a decent house with tele's, lecturns and of course, the combat ring.... (very easily achieveable with 20mil gp)

i do it often, just go with a ddp++ and full pray(protect item, to keep the ddp++) and run up and do a suicide run at them, even if you dont get them killed its still really fun.

chances are, they arnt going to follow you into the arena, mainly because the whip doesnt have the abilty to cut through the webs and when your in the mage arena, you can cast your spells - anyone with rune on doesnt stand a chance against the god spells! So, normally, you have nothing to worry about inside the arena.

ive actually got some questions about reformatting my house that might be insightful to other people possibly, if someone could answer them for me. 1. If i want to change my portals to mahog from teak, do i have to refocus the portal again (using even more runes?) This goes the same with upgrading to a marble "greater focus"? 2. If i remove my skill hall downstairs how can i access the other rooms downstairs?

while you are correct in saying it is the closest furnace to a bank, i have been told by several people that you cannot right click and "smelt x", thus making it very inefficient.

First, the poll doesnt appear to be up (as of 1/22/06 1:43 EST), but even without the poll, there are a couple of things that can be improved on the website. mostly small updates. The World Atlas hasnt been updated in quite some time - the lava is still orange (compared to its now yellowish hue), The city of Burgh De Rott doesnt even exist along with Picatoris Fishing Colony, or Mos' Le Harmless or the other side of Tirannwn. Some of the guides are ancient, for example the fishing guide, which hasnt been updated since May 4, 2006 - doesnt include the barbed-tail harpoon, or rainbow fish, and possibly some other items/updates. Now that the bad is out of the way - the overall site is great, the main page layout is perfect, everything is easy to find, clean-cut and orderly. edit: if i completely missed the point of this topic, just disregard this post.
