Ok I confirmed that indeed you can use the canoe located here: http://www.tip.it/runescape/index.php?page=snow_region_map.htm to access the fortress. I do have a question though, do you know the requirements to gain access to that canoe ie quests etc?

You have been credited in both places =) :thumbsup: I do have one question though: Did the tomes, Tome of xp 2nd ed (1) Tome of xp 2nd ed (2) need to be used on skills over 35 or was that restriction just on the (3) tome? I assume that the restriction was across the board but i'm asking to make sure before I jump to conclusions.
